SeaDrain® White

SeaDrain® White

SeaDrain® White

The SeaDrain® White marine piping system is the first thermoplastic black and grey water drainage system to offer both welded and mechanical jointing capabilities. The system introduces the industry’s first non-corroding thermoplastic deck drain, as well as the Fast-Lock® mechanical jointing method. Completely independent of support brackets, the system is capable of long-term burst pressure of 36 psi (2.5 bar) and -14.5 psi (-1.0 bar) full vacuum black water service, thus revolutionizing marine drainage systems. Long-term system sustainability and passenger safety were critical considerations in the system design. The complete system ranges in size from 1-1/2” to 6” (DN40 - DN150), and includes all the components required to complete any installation. SeaDrain® White is suitable for cruise ships, passenger ferries, and luxury yacht installations, in both new build and retrofit construction. As a plastic piping system, SeaDrain® White offers numerous advantages over traditional metal systems and will provide a long, maintenance-free life. Installation of the system is eased by the lightweight components, the reduced need for pipe hangers, and the option of two simple jointing methods. There’s no need to paint after installation as SeaDrain® White is manufactured from a UV protected white polypropylene material. The SeaDrain® White piping system is produced in the United States and approved for use by ABS, DNV-GL, Lloyd‘s Register, and RINA. It is also NSF certified and ASTM D635-18 (HB) compliant. Steckdrain®

Steckdrain®

Steckdrain®

Chibro Steckdrain® is a comprehensive push-fit stainless-steel sanitary metric pipe-work system. When internal pressure increases, the pressure of the sealing ring against the interior pipe walls increases, ensuring joint tightness. The push-fit joint is completely interchangeable between either gravity or vacuum systems. Steckdrain offers a complete array of deck drains with or without traps designed to suit virtually any installation combinations throughout the vessel. Dresser Couplings

Dresser Couplings

DC

Products feature Dresser AL-CLAD™ coating as standard in the most popular sizes. Our epoxy coating offers optimum protection against highly corrosive soil or aggressive water conditions and for handling brine, brackish water, most acids, alkalies, oil, chemical particulates and gases. Use a Dresser coupling and your pipeline joint is non-rigid, accepting expansion, contraction, vibration and line deflection. Dresser Style 38 Coupling Proven by years of service on all kinds of pipe, Dresser Style 38 couplings provide flexible, leak proof connections that last the life of the pipe. No costly threading, beveling, exact pipe fitting or alignment is required. Dresser couplings are fast and easy to install with any size pipe or tubing. The resilient Dresser gaskets absorb harsh vibration and pipe movement, while still allowing curves to be laid with straight pipe lengths. Installation is safe and sure; there are no hazards to workmen or delays due to weather. Dresser Style 38 Couplings are available from 1/2" ID to over 400" OD. Dresser Style 40 Coupling Dresser Style 40 Long Couplings provide a simple and effective method of joining pipe when gaps in pipe ends are wider than ordinary. Style 40 couplings are similar in construction to Style 38 couplings except that middle rings are longer and have a larger belly diameter. Though longer, they absorb the same amount of expansion and contraction as the Style 38 coupling up to 3/8" per joint.  Dresser Style 167 Lock Coupling Dresser Style 167 Lock Couplings actually "lock" the pipe and the coupling together to protect the line from pipe separation due to unusual movement. These couplings are for exceptional conditions such as ash handling and coal transmission lines, or unanchored high-pressure surface lines where added holding strength is desired. Style 167 lock couplings utilize standard Style 38 parts with the addition of leak-proof locking pins. The locking arrangement consists of threaded steel locking plugs at each end which extend through the middle ring into corresponding holes drilled in the pipe ends. This construction permits a "universal joint" action of the pipe in the coupling, yet prevents the pipe from pulling out under excessive longitudinal stresses. Norma Couplings

Norma Couplings

NC

NORMACONNECT® pipe couplings are an economical alternative to conventional pipe-joining techniques for both plastic and metal pipes. All plain-ended pipes can be joined easily by hand. The ready-to-fit coupling is pushed over the pipe ends and then aligned and rotated to any fitting position. Tightening the two bolts alternately with a torque wrench is all it takes to make a safe fitting. Sealing reliability is also ensured under the condition of slight axial misalignment, angular deflection and even gaps between pipe ends of up to 35 mm. Pressure surges, vibration and related noise are absorbed to a considerable extent. The pipe couplings are reusable and economical due to short assembly times without the need for prior pipe alignment or treatment of pipe ends. Applications Gas Liquids Metal to metal Plastic to metal Plastic to plastic Solids Materials Stainless Steel 316 Stainless Steel 316L Stainless Steel 316TI Stainless Steel 304 Size Range 26.4 mm (3/4" nps) - 715 mm (28" nps) Temperature Range -30°C - 125°C EPDM -20°C - 80°C NBR Approvals/Certifications ABS Bureau Veritas DNV-GL Lloyd's Register

Victaulic®

Victaulic®

Victaulic

The Victaulic grooved-end piping system is the most versatile, economical and reliable piping system available. It is faster to install than welded systems, while providing unique design versatility. There are a variety of coupling sizes and styles for almost any piping application. Their couplings provide designers with versatility not found with other pipe-joining methods and can be combined to allow for thermal growth within the system. Additionally, the use of three consecutive flexible couplings reduces noise and vibration while eliminating costly specialty noise dampeners. The system is designed for roll-grooved or cut-grooved standard pipe or roll-grooved light wall pipe. A complete line of grooving tools are available to quickly and efficiently groove pipe in the shop or at the job site. Pyplok

Pyplok

Pyplok

Pyplok fittings from WandO are non-welded permanent connection fittings that are radially swaged onto pipe/tubing using a compression tool. This process forms a 360° radial compression around the pipe, forming a leak-free seal. All of the Pyplok fittings are made from bar-stock single forging (solid "no-weld" construction). The advantage of Pyplok’s unique non-metallic o-ring sealing characteristics makes it ideal for gaseous as well as fluid systems. Pyplok fittings have all of the benefits of a welded joint, without the hazards associated with hot work. Applications: Air, Nitrogen, Oxygen Catapult Hyd. Oil Hydraulic Systems Cleaning fluid Deluge Drains and vents Ethylene Glycol / water Fuel lines Grease lines High pressure fire systems Helium LPG / CNG Low temp steam Lube oil Sea water Steam drains / condensate Stripping fuel Waste water (oily) Materials Carbon Steel - ASTM-A106/A333/A105/A350 CuNi 70/30 - ASTM B466/Mil-T-16420 Duplex - ASTM-A789/A790/A276 Stainless Steel 316 - ASTM-A276/A479/A312/A403 Super Duplex - ASTM-A789/A790/A276 Size Range Metric Tube 0.8 mm W - 8 mm W; 6 mm - 66 mm OD Tube 0.03" W - 0.22" W; ¼” - 2” NPS Pipe Sch 10 - Sch 160: 1/4” NPS - 3” NPS Temperature Range -65°F - 400°F Viton O-ring (standard) -55°F - 500°F EPDM O-ring (requested) Approvals/Certifications ABS DNV-GL United States Coast Guard
