111.10 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
1277
The WIKA 111.10 pressure gauge is based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. On pressurisation, the deflection of the Bourdon tube, proportional to the incident pressure, is transmitted to the movement via a link and indicated. The modular design enables a multitude of combinations of case materials, process connections, nominal sizes and scale ranges. Due to this high variance, the instrument is suitable for use in a wide range of applications within the industry. For mounting in control panels, the pressure gauges can, depending on the process connection, be fitted with a surface mounting flange or with a triangular bezel and mounting bracket. The standard version of the model 111.10 is manufactured, cost-optimised on modern production lines, in volumes of several million instruments per year.

DPGT43.100 / 43.160 Pressure Gauge
1507
At any point where a differential pressure has to be indicated locally, and, at the same time, a signal is wanted to be transmitted to a central controller or remote control room, the WIKA DPGT43.100 / 43.160 intelliGAUGE can be used. Through the combination of a high-quality mechanical measuring system and precise electronic signal processing, the process pressure can be read securely, even if the power supply is lost. An additional measuring point for mechanical pressure indication can thus be saved. The WIKA DPGT43.100/43.160 is based upon a model 732.51 high quality, stainless steel pressure gauge with a nominal size of 100 or 160. The pressure gauge is manufactured by EN 837-3. These differential pressure gauges are made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel and feature an all-metal media chamber sealing. Therefore no elastomer sealing elements are required so that a better long-term leak tightness is ensured. A high overpressure safety is achieved by the all-metal construction and the close-fitting design of the measuring element. The rugged design of the diaphragm measuring system produces a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure. An electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft – it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely free from wear and friction. From this, the electrical output signal proportional to the pressure, e.g. 4 … 20 mA, is produced. The electronic WIKA transmitter, integrated into the high-quality mechanical differential pressure gauge, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with the advantages of a local mechanical display. The measuring span (electrical output signal) is set automatically along with the mechanical display, i.e. the scale over the full display range corresponds to 4 … 20 mA. The electrical zero point can also be set manually.

DPGS40 Pressure Gauge
1513
The WIKA DPGS40 differential pressure gauges of the DELTA-line product family are primarily used for the monitoring and control of low differential pressures where there are high requirements regarding one-sided overpressure and static pressure. Typical markets for these products are the shipbuilding industry, process heating technology, the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning industries, the water/wastewater industry, and machine building and plant construction. For these, the primary function of the measuring instruments is the monitoring of filters, compressors and pumps. Wherever a differential pressure must be displayed locally and, at the same time, electrical circuits need to be switched safely dependent on defined differential pressure, the DELTA-comb finds its use. As the pressure passes above or below a defined set point, the switching operation is triggered. The switch point is accessible from the front and can be adjusted in the range of 10 … 100 % of the full-scale value. An assistant scale enables an accurate setting of the switch point and indicates the current set point. Often in these applications, alongside the display of the differential pressure, the current working pressure is also relevant. For this reason, a working pressure indication is integrated within the DELTA-comb differential pressure switch as standard. The two local, easily readable, mechanical displays need no power supply and enable the simultaneous reading of the working and the differential pressure. Furthermore, this saves on an additional measuring and sealing point, reducing additional expense for piping and mounting. The robust aluminium case and shatterproof window enable an extended service life of the product, even under harsh ambient conditions. As a result of the small measuring range of 0 ¦ 250 mbar, the instrument can also be used for applications with low differential pressures.

422.12 / 423.12 Diaphragm Pressure Gauge
1516
The application areas for the WIKA 422.12 / 423.12 gauges with diaphragm pressure elements are gaseous and liquid aggressive media. Instruments with open connecting flanges are even suitable for highly viscous and contaminated media, also in aggressive ambience. Typical scale ranges are from 0 … 16 mbar to 0 … 40 bar. Dependant upon the pressure range and the instrument model, overpressure safety of 3 x or 5 x full-scale value is possible as standard. For unique designs, an overpressure safety of 10, 40, 100 or 400 bar is possible, with the measuring accuracy maintained. Liquid filling the case ensures a precise instrument display, even with high dynamic pressure loads and vibrations. Special wetted parts materials are available as options. The WIKA diaphragm pressure gauges are preferably used for low-pressure ranges. Through the large working surface of the circular, corrugated diaphragm element, small pressure ranges can be measured reliably. The WIKA diaphragm pressure gauges are manufactured in accordance with EN 837-3. The robust design is particularly suitable for applications in machine building, plant construction and in the water and wastewater industry. The upper measuring flange with case and the lower measuring flange are made from one cast part, respectively. The WIKA instrument is used for the measurement of gaseous and liquid media that will not attack cast steel. For the measurement of highly viscous, crystallising or contaminated media, the use of an open connecting flange is recommended. The open connecting flange has the advantage over a threaded connection that the pressure port cannot become blocked. With an additional flushing connection on the open connecting flange, the pressure chamber can be easily cleaned. Measuring systems with diaphragm elements, on the grounds of their design, offer good protection from overload, since the diaphragm can support itself against the upper flange. As standard, the diaphragm pressure gauges already feature an overload safety of 3 times the full scale value. Optionally, higher overload safeties can be realised.

712.15.160 / 732.15.160 Differential Pressure Gauge
2510
The WIKA 712.15.160 and 732.15.160 Differential pressure gauges are characterised by their compact and robust design and are primarily used for level measurement on liquid gas tanks. With only six different measuring cells all usual tank sizes in cryotechnology are covered. As a result of the large measuring range overlap of the respective measuring cells, the gauge installed on the tank can be adjusted to match a whole variety of gases such as Ar, O2, N2 or CO2, with a full-scale deflection over a complete 270-degree sweep. The span adjustment is accessible from outside and does not affect the zero point. The mechanical display and the optional electrical output signal are calibrated simultaneously and easily. An optional valve manifold for flange mounting with working pressure indication makes the central measurement of both level and working pressure possible in the one instrument. The level display can be supplied with an optional, integrated 4 ¦ 20 mA, 2-wire transmitter. Switch contacts for level and working pressure, as well as a transmitter for the working pressure, can be retrofitted on-site. Versions with transmitters can be expanded with the Remote data transfer module intelliMETRY. The intelliMETRY sends measured data to an online data centre using GSM technology. The standard centre distance of 37 mm between the process connections can be adapted to a custom centre distance of 31 mm or 54 mm using adapters for flange mounting.

PG23CP Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
2560
The high-quality WIKA PG23CP pressure gauge has been designed specifically for the requirements within the process industry. This safety pressure gauge is mainly used for applications in the chemical and petrochemical industry, the oil and gas industry, power engineering and also in water/wastewater technology. Typical measuring points are on control units and control panels such as hydraulic power units (HPUs). For secure mounting of the instrument, a high-quality front bezel is used. The mounting situations mainly require an IP 66 ingress protection. For this reason, the sealing of the model PG23CP to the panel is made using a fully welded mounting ring and a matched flat gasket. Pressure gauges for the process industry are manufactured completely from stainless steel for increased corrosion resistance. This enables use in the measurement of aggressive gaseous or liquid media, also in aggressive ambience. In the EN 837-1 standard for pressure gauges, safety versions are defined. For most applications, a safety version is not required. WIKA already manufactures the model PG23CP in the œS1 safety version. This design includes an additional blow-out opening, which vents any impermissible overpressure in the case (e.g. from a burst Bourdon tube) through the back of the case. For harsh operating conditions (e.g. vibration), all instruments are also available with an optional liquid filling.
