212.20 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
1280
The WIKA 212.20 Bourdon tube pressure gauge is a sturdy industrial pressure gauge, designed in compliance with the operational safety requirements of EN 837-1, BS 1780 and ASME B 40.1. The WIKA 212.20 bourdon tube pressure gauge is a reliable pressure gauge for the machine and plant construction industry as well as domestic technology, for gaseous and liquid media that are not highly viscous or crystallising and will not attack copper alloy parts. The WIKA mechanical model 212.20 Bourdon tube pressure gauge is constructed with a case from stainless steel and wetted parts from copper alloy. The WIKA 212.20 meets the requirements of the industry standard EN 837-1 for bourdon tube pressure gauges. Frequent measuring points are found in the machine-building, plant construction and building services industries. The WIKA model 212.20 can also be used in refrigeration applications. The cases are available in normal sizes of 100 and 160 mm and fulfil IP 54 ingress protection. With an accuracy class of 1.0, this WIKA pressure gauge is suitable for the process industry. The modular design enables a multitude of combinations of process connections, nominal sizes and scale ranges. The high variance enables universal use of the WIKA Instrument in the industrial sector. For mounting in control panels, the WIKA pressure gauges can be fitted with a mounting flange or with a triangilar bezel and mounting bracket.

TW10 Thermowell
1650
Each thermowell is an essential component of any temperature measurement point. The WIKA TW10 thermowell is used to separate the process from the surrounding area, thus protecting the environment and operating personnel and keeps aggressive media, high pressures and flow rates from the temperature sensor itself and thereby enables the thermometer to be exchanged during operation. Based on the almost limitless application possibilities, there are a large number of variants, such as thermowell designs or materials. The type of process connection and the primary method of manufacture are critical design differentiation criteria. A necessary differentiation can be made between threaded and weld-in thermowells, and those with flange connections. Furthermore, one can differentiate between fabricated and solid-machined thermowells. Fabricated thermowells are constructed from a tube, that is closed at the tip by a welded solid tip. Solid-machined thermowells are manufactured from barstock. The WIKA TW10 series of solid-machined thermowells with flange connection are suitable for use with numerous electrical and mechanical thermometers from WIKA. Due to the heavy-duty design, these international design thermowells are the first choice for use the chemical and petrochemical industries and in plant construction. This thermowell can also be ordered with the innovative ScrutonWell® design. The added helical shape on the outside of the insert increases the thermowell's resistance to the Kármán vortex street and the stress this causes on the instrument by breaking the vortex up into smaller vortices. By incorporating the helix onto the outside of the thermowell, the Scrutonwell® design reduces oscillation by more than 90%!

PG23LT Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
2557
The WIKA PG23LT high-quality pressure gauge has been designed specifically for extremely low ambient temperatures down to -70 °C (-94 °F). The stainless steel Bourdon tube pressure gauge finds applications in particularly cold regions such as Russia, Canada, Scandinavia or China. The WIKA model PG23LT is used primarily in the oil and gas industries and in the petrochemical industry. The typical measuring points are located on pipelines or in pumping stations for oil and gas transportation. As a result of the special low-temperature design of the instrument, the use of special seals and the case filling, the WIKA model PG23LT is suitable for outdoor applications down to an ambient temperature of -70 °C (-94 °F). The same instrument design fulfils the requirements for both IP 66 and IP 67 ingress protection for pressure ranges greater than 0 ¦ 16 bar. Tested and qualified in WIKA's own laboratory, the suitability of the instrument for ambient temperatures down to -70 °C (-94 °F) is confirmed as standard with each order by a 2.2 test report.

TR20 Resistance Thermometer
2881
The WIKA TR20 resistance thermometer is used for temperature measurement in sanitary applications. It features a flush NEUMO BioControl® connection and is therefore particularly suited to applications where a thermowell which extends into the process medium is either not possible or not desired. For increased hygiene requirements for those elements in contact with the surrounding environment, a stainless steel head is available in an optimised hygienic design. The WIKA TR20 resistance thermometer in combination with the block flange (low-profile design) is especially suitable for temperature measurement in mixing and agitating vessels with a wiper. The result is a flush-mounted instrumentation at the vessel wall. Thus an easy removal of the process medium from the inner wall is enabled by means of a rotating wiper. This results in a good homogenous mixture of the components and, at the same time, accurate temperature measurement in a mixing vessel.

TR21-C Resistance Thermometer
2890
The WIKA TR21-C resistance thermometer provides temperature measurement in sanitary applications and can be used for the measurement of liquid and gaseous media in the range of -30 … 250°C (-22 … 482°F). For application in hazardous areas, intrinsically safe versions are available. These thermometers are fitted with process connections that meet the stringent requirements, in terms of materials and design, of hygienic measuring points. All electrical components are protected against moisture (IP67 or IP69K). The resistance thermometer is available with direct sensor output or integrated transmitter, which can be configured individually via the PC configuration software WIKAsoft-TT. Measuring range, damping, fault signal per NAMUR NE43 and TAG no. can be adjusted. The welded junction between the thermowell and the flange makes the use of a sealing as additional material in those areas redundant which are in contact with the product. Through the compact design, this resistance thermometer is designed specifically for operation in applications with limited mounting space. Insertion length, process connection, sensor and connection method can each be selected for the respective application within the order information. The electrical connection is made with an M12 x 1 circular connector. For applications requiring the sterilisation of the instrument in autoclaves, an especially temperature-resistant instrument version is available.

TR25 Resistance Thermometer
2899
This WIKA TR25 resistance thermometer is used in applications where a thermowell immersed into the process medium is not possible or not desired, particularly for piggable pipelines, highly viscous media and flow conditions with high shear forces. A wide variety of process connections is available so that these thermometers can be used for many different processes without any problems. 3- or 4-wire platinum measurement resistances in accuracy classes A and B per DIN EN 60751 serve as sensors. Analog or digital transmitters built into the connection head are able of making multiple output signals available, for example, 4 … 20 mA, HART® protocol, FOUNDATION„¢ fieldbus or PROFIBUS® PA.
