TGT70 Expansion Thermometer
3206
At any point where the process temperature must be displayed locally, and there is a requirement to simultaneously transmit the signal to a central controller or remote control room, the WIKA TGT70 intelliTHERM® can be used. Through the combination of a mechanical measuring system and precise electronic signal processing, the process temperature can be read securely, even if the power supply is lost. The built-in Bourdon tube system generates a rotational pointer movement that is proportional to the temperature. An electronic angle encoder (non-contact, and therefore completely free from wear and friction) determines the position of the instrument pointer. From this, the electrical output signal, proportional to the temperature, is produced. The basis of the intelliTHERM® comes from instrument variants derived from WIKA's model 70 expansion thermometer.

TGT73 Gas-actuated Thermometer
3209
Wherever the process pressure has to be indicated on-site and, at the same time, a signal transmission to the central control or remote centre is desired, the WIKA TGT73 intelliTHERM® can be used. Through the combination of a mechanical measuring system and electronic signal processing, the process temperature can be read reliably, even if the voltage supply is lost. Due to the wide variety of possible designs, the WIKA TGT73 gas-actuated thermometers can be perfectly adapted to any process connection or location. With the adjustable stem and dial version, the case can be adjusted precisely to the desired viewing angle. With the contact bulb version (without direct contact with the medium), the temperature can be measured and controlled even when the pipe diameter is extremely small. The electronic WIKA transmitter, integrated into the high-quality mechanical temperature measuring instrument, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with the advantages of a local mechanical display. The measuring span (electrical output signal) is adjusted automatically with the mechanical display, i.e. the scale over the full-scale range corresponds to 4 … 20 mA. A 4 … 20 mA version is available for use in hazardous areas.

A46 Bimetal Thermometer
4222
The WIKA A46 bimetal thermometer is mainly used in the heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment to monitor the process temperature. The bimetal thermometers are screwed with thermowells in the respective application. On the one hand, this protects the instrument; on the other hand, the measuring instrument can be exchanged without prior emptying of the heating circuit.

TG53 Bimetal Thermometer
7124
The WIKA TG53 bimetal thermometer has been developed and manufactured in accordance with the ASME B40.200 standard. The thermometer provides high quality and performance and is an ideal choice in the process industries. The robust, hermetically sealed case with standard IP66 (NEMA 4X) ingress protection enables use within harsh external conditions. Specifically designed for use in the chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, power engineering and shipbuilding industries, the WIKA TG53 satisfies the rigorous requirements for resistance to aggressive media. As an available option, the case, stem and process connection can be made from 316 stainless steel. The WIKA TG53 offers the widest variety of dampening options in the industry, allowing it to operate in situations where severe vibration conditions exist. These options include case filing, and a dampened packed bearing to minimize pointer oscillation. An easily accessible reset screw on the back of the case allows quick, limited reference temperature adjustment, reducing maintenance and re-calibration costs. The TG53 is also available in an assortment of stem lengths (insertion length L1) to optimize its application-specific fit and performance.
