Model 74 Gas-actuated Thermometer
2875
The WIKA model 74 gas-actuated thermometer is ideally suited to fulfil the high standard requirements of sanitary applications. Based on a third-party verification, the thermometer complies with the 3-A standard and is marked by us accordingly. This series of thermometers has been designed as an addition to the standard range of thermometers in order to meet the special requirements of the food, bio and pharmaceutical industries as well as in the paints and varnishes industry. Stem and case are made of stainless steel. The surface of the wetted parts is polished, and a wide variety of process connections is available to ensure the optimal adaptation to many different process requirements. The stem is free of dead space.

Model 75 Gas-actuated Thermometer
2878
The WIKA Model 75 Gas-actuated Thermometer is designed for applications where strong shocks and vibrations occur. These thermometers measure accurately and reliably, even when exposed to extremely high mechanical loads. They are also resistant to high ambient temperatures and humidity. This series of thermometers has been designed for applications where strong shocks and vibrations occur. These thermometers measure accurately and reliably, even when exposed to extremely high mechanical loads. They are also resistant to high ambient temperatures and humidity. The thermometers are completely made of stainless steel. Various insertion lengths and process connections are available to match the requirements of each process optimally.

IFC Expansion Thermometer
3129
The WIKA IFC is an expansion thermometer for universal use in the areas of machine building, refrigeration industry, food and beverage industry as well as heating, air-conditioning and ventilation technology. The temperature is measured by the extension of a thermometric liquid inside the capillary. Thermometers of this type are used for temperature measurement in locations that are difficult to access and for bridging long distances. The IFC is an inexpensive and very reliable measuring instrument due to its very simple construction and using a plastic case.

Model TF58 /59 Expansion Thermometers
3132
The WIKA TF58 and TF59 expansion thermometers are temperature measuring instruments in plastic cases with drum dials. The design of each model varies depending on the indication accuracy, scale length, dimensions, type of mounting and panel frame design.

TGS73 Gas-actuated Thermometer
3185
Wherever the process temperature has to be indicated on-site or in places that are difficult to access and, at the same time, circuits need to be switched, the WIKA TGS73 gas-actuated thermometer with switch contacts finds its use. Due to the wide variety of possible designs, the WIKA TGS73 gas-actuated thermometers can be perfectly adapted to any process connection or location. With the adjustable stem and dial version, the case can be adjusted precisely to the desired viewing angle. With the contact bulb version (without direct contact with the medium), the temperature can be measured and controlled even when the pipe diameter is extremely small. The contact bulb is intended for external mounting on pipes and tanks. When mounting this thermometer version, it must be ensured that the contact bulb is in contact with the measuring point over its complete length Switch contacts (electrical alarm contacts) make or break circuits dependent upon the pointer position of the indicating measuring instrument. The switch contacts are adjustable over the full measuring range. The instrument pointer (actual value pointer) moves freely across the entire scale range, independent of the setting. The set pointer can be adjusted via the window using a removable adjustment key (mounted on the terminal box). Switch contacts consisting of several contacts can also be set to a single set point. Contact actuation is made when the actual value pointer travels beyond or below the desired set point. As switch contacts, magnetic snap-action contacts, inductive contacts and electronic contacts are available. Inductive contacts can be used in hazardous areas. For triggering programmable logic controllers (PLC), electronic contacts can be used.

70-8xx Expansion Thermometer
3191
The WIKA 70-8xx expansion thermometer range finds their application whenever a local temperature display is needed at the same time as switching an electrical circuit. Expansion thermometers can be fitted into or onto almost any point. Versions with capillaries are used in locations which are not easily accessible and where long distances have to be bridged. They can, therefore, be used in just about any application; such as in machine building, refrigeration and air-conditioning technology and other industrial applications. The case, capillary, stem and process connection are made from stainless steel. To optimise the fitting to the measuring point, different insertion lengths and process connections are available.

SB15 Expansion Thermometer
3194
In the event of any faults, the safety temperature limiter WIKA SB15 expansion thermometer puts the system into a safe operating condition. The shifting disk, which is arranged on the pointer shaft, actuates the switching operation at the microswitch when reaching the non-adjustable switch point or in case of measuring line breakage and locks the current status. A reset is possible with a tool only after a temperature decrease by approx. 3 % of the scale range, if there is no measuring line breakage.

SC15 Expansion Thermometer
3197
The fluid-filled, closed measuring system consists of a WIKA SC15 temperature sensor, a measuring capillary and a bourdon tube. Heating the temperature sensor leads to a volume change in the closed system and thus a change in the pressure. This is transferred through a measuring capillary to the bourdon tube and, through the angular motion of the pointer shaft, to the dial on the display. When the switch point is passed, the switching disc (cam disc), fitted to the pointer shaft, triggers the microswitch.

SW15 Expansion Thermometer
3200
The WIKA SW15 expansion thermometer is used for monitoring faults of a plant. When a fixed switch point is reached, the microswitch triggers a switching operation. This action is carried out as a result of a switching disc that is arranged at the pointer shaft. Another switching operation is triggered after a measuring line breakage. As soon as the plant runs reliably again, the instrument switches back to the initial state.
