SeaCor®
SeaCor
SeaCor®, the first commercially available USCG approved thermoplastic piping system in the world, is a high performance CPVC polymer piping system that is ideal for fresh or salt water systems. This plastic piping system meets IMO A753 (18) part 5, for low flame spread, along with part 2, for low smoke and toxicity. The SeaCor® system is ideal on shipboard systems due to its lightweight material, corrosion resistance and durability. Since it is a solvent weld system, it saves significant installation time with no hot work, saving money and making maintenance less costly in the future. Applications Hot and cold potable water systems Grey and black water sanitary drain and vacuum systems Evaporator and reverse osmosis supply and brine systems Chilled water systems Chemical injection systems Exhaust Scrubber systems Fresh and salt water washdown piping Sewage treatment systems SeaCor® can be installed in Category “A” machinery spaces, for “NON ESSENTIAL” services and/or applications as approved by class and flag state. Materials High Performance CPVC Polymer Size Range 1/2" to 8" (10” and 12” available as special order) Temperature Range 32ºF to 210ºF (0°C to 99°C) Approvals/Certifications ABS DNV-GL Lloyd's Register Transport Canada United States Coast Guard

SeaDrain® White
SeaDrain® White
The SeaDrain® White marine piping system is the first thermoplastic black and grey water drainage system to offer both welded and mechanical jointing capabilities. The system introduces the industry’s first non-corroding thermoplastic deck drain, as well as the Fast-Lock® mechanical jointing method. Completely independent of support brackets, the system is capable of long-term burst pressure of 36 psi (2.5 bar) and -14.5 psi (-1.0 bar) full vacuum black water service, thus revolutionizing marine drainage systems. Long-term system sustainability and passenger safety were critical considerations in the system design. The complete system ranges in size from 1-1/2” to 6” (DN40 - DN150), and includes all the components required to complete any installation. SeaDrain® White is suitable for cruise ships, passenger ferries, and luxury yacht installations, in both new build and retrofit construction. As a plastic piping system, SeaDrain® White offers numerous advantages over traditional metal systems and will provide a long, maintenance-free life. Installation of the system is eased by the lightweight components, the reduced need for pipe hangers, and the option of two simple jointing methods. There’s no need to paint after installation as SeaDrain® White is manufactured from a UV protected white polypropylene material. The SeaDrain® White piping system is produced in the United States and approved for use by ABS, DNV-GL, Lloyd‘s Register, and RINA. It is also NSF certified and ASTM D635-18 (HB) compliant. A solution with all properties desirable for marine environments. Advantages include Dedicated for black and grey water High chemical resistance Dry fit, pre-assembly Electrofusion fitting Flame retardant Ideal for repairs and renovation Transition fittings to existing systems Applications Black and grey water sanitary drains Cabins, galleys and laundries Deck and balcony drains Customer facing areas Materials Schedule 40 PPFR Size Range 1-1/2" to 6" (DN40 - DN150) Temperature Range up to 212ºF (100ºC) Approvals/Certifications ABS DNV-GL Lloyd's Register Rina
