SeaCor®
SeaCor
SeaCor®, the first commercially available USCG approved thermoplastic piping system in the world, is a high performance CPVC polymer piping system that is ideal for fresh or salt water systems. This plastic piping system meets IMO A753 (18) part 5, for low flame spread, along with part 2, for low smoke and toxicity. The SeaCor® system is ideal on shipboard systems due to its lightweight material, corrosion resistance and durability. Since it is a solvent weld system, it saves significant installation time with no hot work, saving money and making maintenance less costly in the future. Applications Hot and cold potable water systems Grey and black water sanitary drain and vacuum systems Evaporator and reverse osmosis supply and brine systems Chilled water systems Chemical injection systems Exhaust Scrubber systems Fresh and salt water washdown piping Sewage treatment systems SeaCor® can be installed in Category “A” machinery spaces, for “NON ESSENTIAL” services and/or applications as approved by class and flag state.
