TR22-B Resistance Thermometer
2896
The WIKA TR22-B resistance thermometer is used for temperature measurement in sanitary applications. For an integration into the process, the patented thermowell model TW61 is directly fitted into a pipeline using orbital welding. The connection ends are smooth and prepared for orbital welding. The process connections meet the stringent requirements, in terms of materials and design, of hygienic measuring points. For easy calibration or maintenance, the sensor is removable without having to break into the process or disconnect the electrical connection. Thus hygiene risks can be minimised, and downtimes can be reduced. The spring-loaded measuring insert guarantees the contact between the sensor tip and the bottom of the thermowell and thus ensures a fast response time and high accuracy.

TR25 Resistance Thermometer
2899
This WIKA TR25 resistance thermometer is used in applications where a thermowell immersed into the process medium is not possible or not desired, particularly for piggable pipelines, highly viscous media and flow conditions with high shear forces. A wide variety of process connections is available so that these thermometers can be used for many different processes without any problems. 3- or 4-wire platinum measurement resistances in accuracy classes A and B per DIN EN 60751 serve as sensors. Analog or digital transmitters built into the connection head are able of making multiple output signals available, for example, 4 … 20 mA, HART® protocol, FOUNDATION„¢ fieldbus or PROFIBUS® PA.

PT100 Resistance Thermometer
7017
The TUVO Instruments PT100 resistance thermometer, or as some say pt100 temperature sensor, is available in customer-specific lengths variating between 40 and 400mm. The TUVO Instruments PT100 resistance thermometer is a premium Dutch made resistance thermometer capable of measuring temperatures in marine or industrial applications between 0°C and +550°C. The pt100 sensor is available in a 3-/4-wire version or even 6-/8-wire version. If preferred a transmitter can be instaled in the aluminium B-head of the PT100 temperature sensor. Resistance thermometers are particularly suitable for those applications in which the metal sensor tip is mounted directly into bored holes (e.g. in machine components) or straight into the process for any application with no chemically aggressive media or abrasion. The TUVO Instruments PT100 resistance thermometer lends itself ideally for use in bearings, machine building, engines, pipelines and vessels. All TUVO Instruments pt100 temperature sensors are individually made to customer specifics. As a distributor of TUVO Instruments, this means that you could give us your wishes regarding the temperature sensor and it will be handcrafted in Rotterdam within 3 to 5 business days. All pt100 thermometers are made under strict circumstances with only high-quality materials available. This so durability and reliability can be guaranteed.
