ROV Mountable

Specifically designed for underwater remotely operated vehicles, Cygnus offers a dedicated ROV Mountable thickness gauge, depth rated to 2,000 m (6,562 ft). This mountable measurement gauge again benefits from the multiple-echo technology found in all our ultrasonic measuring devices. It is truly versatile and designed to measure metal thickness through coatings in the harshest operating conditions. Dedicated software reveals the date, time and thickness readings on the surface, which may be logged or stored. A Topside Repeater (TSR) is available, providing the ability to present the thickness measurements remotely and overlay them on to a video signal. This permits the measurements to be superimposed on the ROV camera™s monitor screen. Features: ROV 2000m MK5 UTG Kit, depth rated to 2,000 meters (6,562 ft). Selectable Deep Coat mode for measuring through coatings up to 20 mm thick. Supplied with CygLink software to display and log thickness measurements from the ROV on a computer at the surface, which can be saved to a file and printed out. CygLink has two data logging facilities: Quick Log for simple recording of thickness measurements and; Structured mode with four templates available “ Single Point, Multi Point, GridPoint and KeyPoint. The ROV gauge sends thickness measurement data to the surface via an RS-422 serial link. Cygnus can supply the RS-422 umbilical cable up to 1,200 m in length. For longer distances, the ROV gauge can output data in RS-232 mode. Fitted with a safety Pressure Relief Valve and Securing Eye. Easy calibration at the surface via CygLink software or Topside Repeater (TSR) unit. Removable end plate for full serviceability with access to the Option Switches, Fuse and Status LED. L1S 2-way Control Valve

The Clorius Controls L1S 2-way control valve components spindle, seat and cone are made of stainless steel. The L1S valve body is made of gunmetal RG 5. The thread for the actuator connection is G1B ISO 228. The valve is single seated. The leakage rate is less than 0.05% of the full flow (according to VDI/VDE 2174). Without the actuator being connected, the Clorius L1S control valve is held in an open position using a spring. With pressure on the spindle, the valve will close. In connection with thermostats, pneumatic or electric actuators, the valve will close at rising temperatures. For cooling circuits, the valve can be used in conjunction with a reverse acting electric actuator. Alternatively, a reverse acting valve can be used with our self-acting thermostats. The quadratic characteristic will not cease until the flow has dropped below 4% of the full flow.

G2F 2-way Control Valve

The Clorius G2F 2-way control valve is designed for regulating hot water, steam and hot oil systems. The double-seated G2F linear valve is used in installations where the system pressure necessitates a closing force greater than available in the actuator programme for a single-seated valve. The valve is used in conjunction with Clorius temperature or pressure differential regulators for controlling industrial processes, district or central heating plants or marine installations. Design The valve components – spindle, seats and cone – are made of stainless steel. The valve body is made of nodular cast iron EN-GJS-400-15 with flanges drilled according to EN 1092-2. The thread for the actuator connection is G1B ISO 228. The valves are double-seated. The leakage rate is less than 0.5% of the full flow (according to VDI/VDE 2174). Function Without the actuator being connected, the valve is held in an open position by means of a spring. With pressure on the spindle, the valve will close. In connection with our thermostats, pneumatic or electric actuators, the valves will close at rising temperatures. FJA Mixing or Diverting Filterstat

The AMOT FJA temperature and filter manifolds are fully automatic, 3-way fluid temperature controllers for diverting or mixing applications. They are available in ¾ size. The FJA mixing or diverting filterstat is ideal for compressor application where a filtered and controlled fluid temperature is required. The FJA has a compact design and low installation cost, and a flexible spin-on filter manifold, allowing customers to use the filter size of their choice. As with other AMOT thermostatic valves, temperature and filter manifold uses fully enclosed, factory-set temperature element assemblies which provide tamper-proof operation. It is field replaceable and is available with temperature settings from 49°C to 113°C (120°F to 235°F). To change a valve setting, it is necessary to exchange the temperature element assembly.
