The P4/P60 pneumatic hand test pump is designed to enable the direct connection of all pressure systems to be tested using adapters. The test sample is easily connected using the rugged industrial hose with integrated quick coupling and supplied adapters. The reference is fitted directly at the top of the pump using a positioning adapter. The required test pressure is initially generated using the handles and then adjusted precisely with the fine adjustment valve. As a result, the pressure on both instruments is the same. The pressure relief valve allows continuous pressure reduction and ensures accurate and easy testing, even with decreasing pressure. OEM version and full version Depending on the model a matching pressure hose is part of the basic configuration of the OEM version of the test pump. The hydraulic hoses are fitted with a self-sealing quick coupling. Inch, conical or metric adapters for all commonly used connection threads are available in the full version. A matching seal kit is also included with the pump. All of the equipment is held in a carrying case with a foam-rubber insert.

The WIKA 990.10 diaphragm seal with threaded connection in threaded design is suitable for versatile application areas. A replacement of the lower body is possible without modifications on the diaphragm seal system. With this diaphragm seal, high pressure ranges up to 250 bar can be covered. Compared to the WIKA 990.40 diaphragm seal, higher pressure ranges can be covered (smaller diameter of the diaphragm). Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the upper body of the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an alternative, be coated.

The WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge takes the concept of an analogue gauge and raises it to a level only matched by digital calibrators. The accuracy of digital measurement technology and the simplicity of an analogue gauge are combined to create the digital pressure gauge CPG1500, which in terms of performance, ease-of-use, and instrument features, is unmatched in the pressure measurement market. The WIKA CPG1500 offers an accuracy of 0.1 % FS (optional 0.05 % FS or 0.025 % FS) and is temperature-compensated in the range of -10 ¦ +50 °C (14 … 122 °F). Readings can be displayed in one of 26 pressure and 5 level units or also in customer-specific units, so that intricate conversion is avoided. The measuring rate can be user-defined to match the type of measurement required. Standard applications usually use three measured values per second. If required, this rate can also be set to 50 measured values per second. Via an energy-saving function, the CPG1500 switches automatically into œsleep mode, in this mode, the battery life can be increased up to 2,500 hours. Through the new and innovative menu navigation, simple operation is ensured. The clear display, with integral bar graph display and large text area, assists with the effective analysis of the widest variety of measuring points. With the MIN/MAX function, the highest and lowest pressures can be accessed immediately and saved automatically.

With the service kit, service and maintenance are more complete, safer and more flexible. The kit is high-quality finish, handy and robust and is also suitable for service use. Components The service kit consists of a pneumatic hand test pump for the generation of defined test pressure and also a highly accurate WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge as a reference instrument. Air is used as the pressure medium. Various connection adapters are also available in the test case. All components are carefully stowed in the case and protected for in-house transport. Simple function If one connects the test item and the WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge to the test pump, on actuating the pump, the same pressure will act on both instruments. Using the fine adjustment valve, the test pressure is set precisely. By comparison of the two measured values at any given pressure value, a check of the accuracy and/or adjustment of the pressure measuring instrument under test can be carried out. WIKA-CAL software The collected data from the data logger of the digital pressure gauge can be transmitted wirelessly to the WIKA-CAL calibration software for further evaluation.
