Pressure Calibration Kit

The P4/P60 pneumatic hand test pump is designed to enable the direct connection of all pressure systems to be tested using adapters. The test sample is easily connected using the rugged industrial hose with integrated quick coupling and supplied adapters. The reference is fitted directly at the top of the pump using a positioning adapter. The required test pressure is initially generated using the handles and then adjusted precisely with the fine adjustment valve. As a result, the pressure on both instruments is the same. The pressure relief valve allows continuous pressure reduction and ensures accurate and easy testing, even with decreasing pressure. OEM version and full version Depending on the model a matching pressure hose is part of the basic configuration of the OEM version of the test pump. The hydraulic hoses are fitted with a self-sealing quick coupling. Inch, conical or metric adapters for all commonly used connection threads are available in the full version. A matching seal kit is also included with the pump. All of the equipment is held in a carrying case with a foam-rubber insert.

990.24 Sterile Connection Diaphragm Seal

Due to their hygienic process connection, the WIKA 990.24 sterile connection diaphragm seals are particularly well suited for food production. With this diaphragm seal, pressure measuring instruments can be integrated, dead-space free, into a pipeline using a VARINLINE® access unit or in tanks using a connecting flange for VARINLINE® access units. The diaphragm seals can withstand the cleaning vapour temperatures occurring in the CIP and SIP processes and thus ensure a sterile connection between the medium to be measured and the diaphragm seal. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the upper body of the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an alternative, be electropolished.

In the simplest case, the pressure is indicated by an analogue pressure gauge. An easy to read digital pressure gauge or hand-held instrument can also be used. The accuracy or adjustment of the pressure measuring device being tested can be checked by comparing the indicated reference value with the measured value for the device under test. Mobile and independent SIKA test pumps and pressure generators are ideal for mobile use. Their low weight and compact design make them easy to transport directly to the measurement site. The instruments can be used immediately and do not require an additional power supply. There is no need to take along nitrogen bottles or connect the equipment to a compressed air network. Wear-free manual pressure generation is simple and easy, regardless of ambient temperature and orientation. Hydraulic hand test pump Water and oil are used as pressure media. The easily operated SIKA P 700.3 hydraulic hand test pump is specifically designed for the medium to high-pressure range. They have a built-in reservoir for the hydraulic fluid. The SIKA P 700.3 hydraulic hand test pump is suitable for testing, adjusting and calibrating pressure sensors, pressure gauges, pressure switches, safety valves and all types of pressure devices. They are optimised in their function and use and assist in the performance of specific tests and inspections.

The WIKA CPG-KITH hydraulic service kit is the ideal tool for the hydraulic testing, adjustment and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurements or for the setting of pressure switches. These and other tests can take place quickly and reliably in the laboratory or workshop, or on-site at the measuring point. With the service kit, service and maintenance are more complete, safer and more flexible. The kit is high-quality finish, handy and robust and is also suitable for service use. Components The service kit consists of a hydraulic hand test pump for the generation of defined test pressure and also a highly accurate model CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge as a reference instrument. Air is used as the pressure medium. Various connection adapters are also available in the test case. All components are carefully stowed in the case and protected for in-house transport. Simple function If one connects the test item and the model CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge to the test pump, on actuating the pump, the same pressure will act on both instruments. Using the fine adjustment valve, the test pressure is set precisely. By comparison of the two measured values at any given pressure value, a check of the accuracy and/or adjustment of the pressure measuring instrument under test can be carried out. WIKA-Cal software The collected data from the data logger of the digital pressure gauge can be transmitted wirelessly to the WIKA-Cal calibration software for further evaluation.
