Pressure Calibration Kit

The P4/P60 pneumatic hand test pump is designed to enable the direct connection of all pressure systems to be tested using adapters. The test sample is easily connected using the rugged industrial hose with integrated quick coupling and supplied adapters. The reference is fitted directly at the top of the pump using a positioning adapter. The required test pressure is initially generated using the handles and then adjusted precisely with the fine adjustment valve. As a result, the pressure on both instruments is the same. The pressure relief valve allows continuous pressure reduction and ensures accurate and easy testing, even with decreasing pressure. OEM version and full version Depending on the model a matching pressure hose is part of the basic configuration of the OEM version of the test pump. The hydraulic hoses are fitted with a self-sealing quick coupling. Inch, conical or metric adapters for all commonly used connection threads are available in the full version. A matching seal kit is also included with the pump. All of the equipment is held in a carrying case with a foam-rubber insert.

990.24 Sterile Connection Diaphragm Seal

Due to their hygienic process connection, the WIKA 990.24 sterile connection diaphragm seals are particularly well suited for food production. With this diaphragm seal, pressure measuring instruments can be integrated, dead-space free, into a pipeline using a VARINLINE® access unit or in tanks using a connecting flange for VARINLINE® access units. The diaphragm seals can withstand the cleaning vapour temperatures occurring in the CIP and SIP processes and thus ensure a sterile connection between the medium to be measured and the diaphragm seal. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the upper body of the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an alternative, be electropolished.

The SIKA D2 digital pressure gauge is suitable for both stationary and mobile measurement and display of pressure. The SIKA D2 digital pressure gauge can be used as a reference to explain the checking, adjustment and calibration of other pressure measurement devices directly on-site. High accuracy in a signal acquisition is achieved by using high-performance measuring cells with electronic linearisation of the characteristic curve. Suitable instruments are available for a wide variety of measurement tasks. Ease of use is assured by innovative design and advanced technology. All essential functions for everyday use can be selected conveniently at the press of a button. Excellent protection against dust and moisture is provided by a membrane keypad or rubber buttons. Integrated supplementary functions make our digital pressure gauges true all-rounders. Display The large illuminated digital local display shows the measured pressure and indicates the current status of the digital pressure gauge, even under poor lighting conditions. This eliminates the difficult task of reading a dial gauge and avoiding parallax errors. Needle jitter due to vibration or pressure fluctuations is eliminated. Display damping or averaging can be configured directly using display filters. This ensures easy, tireless readout. Protection class High IP protection classes (IP67 (front) / IP67) are available to minimise dust and water sensitivity. Rugged, impact-resistant digital pressure gauges are fitted with rubber caps for protection during transport and field use. Battery operation / Auto-Off Power is supplied by long-life batteries (ordinary or rechargeable). An external AC adapter can also be used. To increase battery operating time, a Programmable Auto-Off function switches off the power to the instrument after prolonged inactivity. The electronics are designed for extremely low power consumption, which enables battery life of significantly more than 1500 hours.

CPG-KITP Pneumatic Service Kit

The WIKA CPG-KITP pneumatic service kit is the ideal tool for the pneumatic testing, adjustment and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurements or for the setting of pressure switches. These and other tests can take place quickly and reliably in the laboratory or workshop, or on-site at the measuring point. With the service kit, service and maintenance are more complete, safer and more flexible. The kit is high-quality finish, handy and robust and is also suitable for service use. Components The service kit consists of a pneumatic hand test pump for the generation of defined test pressure and also a highly accurate WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge as a reference instrument. Air is used as the pressure medium. Various connection adapters are also available in the test case. All components are carefully stowed in the case and protected for in-house transport. Simple function If one connects the test item and the WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge to the test pump, on actuating the pump, the same pressure will act on both instruments. Using the fine adjustment valve, the test pressure is set precisely. By comparison of the two measured values at any given pressure value, a check of the accuracy and/or adjustment of the pressure measuring instrument under test can be carried out. WIKA-CAL software The collected data from the data logger of the digital pressure gauge can be transmitted wirelessly to the WIKA-CAL calibration software for further evaluation.
