Thanks to its flush process connection, the WIKA 990.17 diaphragm seal is optimally suited for installation in storage tanks. With a suitable welding flange, this diaphragm seal can be integrated into any type of tank or vessel. Level measurement with diaphragm seals also works with media that, due to the process, are under pressure and have high or low viscosity. The WIKA 990.17 diaphragm seal is particularly suitable for CIP cleaning processes as it meets the requirements for elevated temperatures and chemical resistance to cleaning solutions. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an alternative, be electropolished.

The SIKA P 1000.2 hydraulic hand test pump is designed to enable the direct connection of all pressure systems to be tested using adapters. The test sample is easily connected using the rugged industrial hose with integrated quick coupling and supplied adapters. The reference is fitted directly at the top of the pump using a positioning adapter. The required test pressure is initially generated using the handles and then adjusted precisely with the fine adjustment valve. As a result, the pressure on both instruments is the same. The pressure relief valve allows continuous pressure reduction and ensures accurate and easy testing, even with decreasing pressure. In the simplest case, the pressure is indicated by an analogue pressure gauge. An easy to read digital pressure gauge or hand-held instrument can also be used. The accuracy or adjustment of the pressure measuring device being tested can be checked by comparing the indicated reference value with the measured value for the device under test. Mobile and independent SIKA test pumps and pressure generators are ideal for mobile use. Their low weight and compact design make them easy to transport directly to the measurement site. The instruments can be used immediately and do not require an additional power supply. There is no need to take along nitrogen bottles or connect the equipment to a compressed air network. Wear-free manual pressure generation is simple and easy, regardless of ambient temperature and orientation. Hydraulic hand test pump Water and oil are used as pressure media. The easily operated SIKA P 1000.2 hydraulic hand test pump is specifically designed for the medium to high-pressure range. They have a built-in reservoir for the hydraulic fluid. SIKA P 1000.2 hydraulic hand test pump is suitable for testing, adjusting and calibrating pressure sensors, pressure gauges, pressure switches, safety valves and all types of pressure devices. With the service kit, service and maintenance are more complete, safer and more flexible. The kit is high-quality finish, handy and robust and is also suitable for service use. Components The service kit consists of a pneumatic hand test pump for the generation of defined test pressure and also a highly accurate WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge as a reference instrument. Air is used as the pressure medium. Various connection adapters are also available in the test case. All components are carefully stowed in the case and protected for in-house transport. Simple function If one connects the test item and the WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge to the test pump, on actuating the pump, the same pressure will act on both instruments. The WIKA CPC8000-H Precision high-pressure controller is especially suited as a factory or working standard for the automatic testing or calibration of all types of high-pressure measuring instruments, due to its high accuracy and control stability. However, autofrettage applications or cyclic pressure-load tests are also ideal application areas, thanks to its robustness and reliability. For the supply to the controller, other than the voltage supply, only clean dry compressed air for the pneumatic control circuit is needed. As a pressure medium on the output side, hydraulic oil or water (or other media on request) can be used. The CPC8000-H consists of two components, the WIKA CPC8000-HC pressure controller and the WIKA CPC8000-HM hydraulic module with the reference pressure sensors. The hydraulic module is available in two versions, as a low-pressure version with a pressure range of 5 … 700 bar (75 … 10,000 psi) bar and a high-pressure version with a pressure range of 20 … 1,600 bar (290 … 23,000 psi) with each suitable reference pressure sensors. The complete system is available as a 19″ plug-in case or built into a 19″ rack. The sensors can be changed via the front of the hydraulic module, without having to dismantle the complete controller. Through its specialist technology, the desired pressure value from the controller is regulated quickly and simply. Maximum ease-of-use is achieved through a large touchscreen and simple and intuitive menu navigation. In addition, its easy operability is further supported by the availability of a large number of menu languages. On the large touchscreen, all necessary information such as current measured value and set point can be found on a single screen. Optionally, the measured values can be displayed in other pressure units additionally. The pressure controller can be remotely controlled via serial interfaces available. Through these, a wide range of emulation command sets for other pressure controllers are available.
