990.40 Threaded Connection Diaphragm Seal

990.40 Threaded Connection Diaphragm Seal

2249

The WIKA 990.40 diaphragm seal with threaded connection in threaded design is suitable for versatile application areas. A replacement of the lower body is possible without modifications on the diaphragm seal system. With this diaphragm seal, low-pressure ranges can be covered ” the large diameter of the diaphragm affects a lower deviation at the measuring instrument when the temperature changes. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the upper body of the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an alternative, be coated.

100.0x / 100.1x Bimetall-Thermomanometer

100.0x / 100.1x Bimetall-Thermomanometer

3298

The WIKA 100.1, 100.2, 100.10 and 100.12 thermomanometer with a bimetal system is fitted directly at the measuring point via a stem. The valve allows the measuring instrument to be unscrewed without having to empty the heating system first. Due to the combination of a pressure gauge and a bimetal thermometer the instrument can be used flexibly in a wide variety of applications. CS Pressure Switch

CS Pressure Switch

5294

The Danfoss CS pressure switch series has a built-in pressure operated, three-pole switch. The contact position of which depends on the pressure in the connector and the range setting and adjustable differential. The Danfoss CS pressure switches are fitted with a manual switch that will lock the contact system in the open position independently of the pressure in the system. Pressure switches with relief valve are used in compressed air systems where pressure relief on the compressor piston before the start is required. The CS is suited for an automatic start and stop of air compressors and water boosters.

CPG-KITP Pneumatic Service Kit

CPG-KITP Pneumatic Service Kit

6973

The WIKA CPG-KITP pneumatic service kit is the ideal tool for the pneumatic testing, adjustment and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurements or for the setting of pressure switches. These and other tests can take place quickly and reliably in the laboratory or workshop, or on-site at the measuring point. With the service kit, service and maintenance are more complete, safer and more flexible. The kit is high-quality finish, handy and robust and is also suitable for service use. Components The service kit consists of a pneumatic hand test pump for the generation of defined test pressure and also a highly accurate WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge as a reference instrument. Air is used as the pressure medium. Various connection adapters are also available in the test case. All components are carefully stowed in the case and protected for in-house transport. Simple function If one connects the test item and the WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge to the test pump, on actuating the pump, the same pressure will act on both instruments. Using the fine adjustment valve, the test pressure is set precisely. By comparison of the two measured values at any given pressure value, a check of the accuracy and/or adjustment of the pressure measuring instrument under test can be carried out. WIKA-CAL software The collected data from the data logger of the digital pressure gauge can be transmitted wirelessly to the WIKA-CAL calibration software for further evaluation.

VZVA Positive Displacement Flow Sensor

VZVA Positive Displacement Flow Sensor

7830

SIKA's gearwheel type VZVA positive displacement flow sensor records volume flows of liquids with both high and changing viscosities. The high-precision sensors work according to the displacement principle. The high resolution combined with reliable measurement accuracy makes the sensors especially useful for applications involving the measurement of small and minimal volumes. A very precisely adjusted gear pair within the casing forms the measuring element. The inflowing medium causes the gear pair to rotate. Contactless sensors scan the rotary motion. Since each tooth generates a pulse, this results in a very high resolution. Consequently, even the smallest volumes can be measured or dosed precisely. The measurement unit contains two pick-offs that are circumferentially offset by ¼ of a tooth pitch to generate a two-channel flow-proportional frequency signal. Suitable processing of the signal provides a higher resolution and the option to identify the flow direction. The maximum pressure drop should not exceed 16 bar. This limits the measurement range of high viscosity media (see pressure drop diagrams). The measurement accuracy increases with an increase in viscosity of the media.

CPC8000 Mensor Pressure Controller

CPC8000 Mensor Pressure Controller

8235

The WIKA CPC8000 Mensor pressure controller is a premium accuracy instrument suitable as a calibration solution for various applications. Its outstanding control performance is particularly impressive, thanks to special, patented valve technology and the specific pressure sensor as a measuring unit. With this the WIKA CPC8000 Mensor pressure controller is suitable as a factory or working standard for the testing or calibration of any type of pressure measuring instrument. The WIKA CPC8000 is available as a desktop instrument or as a 19″ rack-mounted kit. The sensors can be changed via the front, without taking out the complete controller (e.g. out of a calibration rig). Maximum ease-of-use of the WIKA CPC8000 Mensor pressure controller is achieved through the large touchscreen and the simple and intuitive menu navigation. In addition, its operability is further supported by the availability of a large number of menu languages. On the large touchscreen, all necessary information such as current measured value and set point can be found on a single screen. Optionally, the measured values can be displayed in other pressure units. The WIKA CPC8000 Mensor pressure controller can be remotely controlled via serial interfaces available. Through these, a wide range of emulation command sets for other pressure controllers is available. The controller has an IEEE-488.2, RS-232, USB and an Ethernet interface for communication with other instruments, and thus the instrument can be integrated into existing systems.
