CPC4000 Pressure Controller

The WIKA CPC4000 industrial pressure controller offers a broad pressure range from -1 ¦ 210 bar. This instrument is available as a desktop or as a 19″ rack-mounting kit. It can have up to two reference pressure sensors and an optional barometer for displaying barometric pressure or be used to emulate gauge or absolute pressure. Since the CPC4000 offers an accuracy of up to 0.02 % IS-50, and controls pressure with a high stability, it is particularly suited as a production tool for transmitter manufacturing, a calibration and maintenance tool for pressure measuring instruments or as a factory/working standard for the calibration of all types of pressure measuring instruments. The leak test and burst test special applications allow CPC4000 to be used as a pressure line testing equipment. The optional automatic contamination prevention system make the CPC4000 an ideal solution in oil and gas plants. Maximum ease-of-use is achieved through the touchscreen and the simple and intuitive menu navigation. In addition, the large number of menu languages add to its operability. The instrument can have up to two internal pressure sensors and the ranges for each reference pressure sensor are determined by the customer within the allowable range. Depending on the application, the operator can choose between three set-point entry methods: Direct entry of the pressure value (set point) which will be controlled via touchscreen keypad. P 60 Pneumatic Hand Test Pump

The SIKA P 60 pneumatic hand test pump is designed to enable the direct connection of all pressure systems to be tested using adapters. The test sample is easily connected using the rugged industrial hose with integrated quick coupling and supplied adapters. The reference is fitted directly at the top of the pump using a positioning adapter. The required test pressure is initially generated using the handles and then adjusted precisely with the fine adjustment valve. As a result, the pressure on both instruments is the same. The pressure relief valve allows continuous pressure reduction and ensures accurate and easy testing, even with decreasing pressure. Air is used as pressure media. Especially in application areas in which wetting of the test sample is not allowed, or the use of aggressive or ionising substances must be avoided, air is the ideal test medium. SIKA˜s pneumatic test pump type P 60 fulfils requirements that in many cases can only be covered by several pumps from other suppliers. In the simplest case, the pressure is indicated by an analogue pressure gauge. An easy to read digital pressure gauge or hand-held instrument can also be used. The accuracy or adjustment of the pressure measuring device being tested can be checked by comparing the indicated reference value with the measured value for the device under test. OEM version and full version Depending on the model a matching pressure hose is part of the basic configuration of the OEM version of the test pump. The hydraulic hoses are fitted with a self-sealing quick coupling. Inch, conical or metric adapters for all commonly used connection threads are available in the full version. A matching seal kit is also included with the pump. All of the equipment is held in a carrying case with a foam-rubber insert.

CPC2000 Portable Low-Pressure Controller

The WIKA CPC2000 portable low pressure controller is used in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, filtration, clean room, and medical technology as a calibrator or as highly-accurate measurement equipment and/or precise pressure transducer. The WIKA CPC2000 low-pressure controller is a mains or battery-operated pressure controller with internal, automatic pressure generation and pressure reference. The pressure generation is achieved using an integrated, electric pump, which makes a positive and/or negative pressure available on both the tube connections. As soon as the instrument is switched on, a zero-point adjustment is automatically carried out, so that a zero-point drift is eliminated. The subsequent preparation of a calibration requires only a few settings. First, using the MENU button, select one of the stored pressure units and the variable pressure change step in the range of 0 … 50 %. Then, once the full scale has been entered in Control Mode, the pressure can be easily increased or decreased by the defined level using the navigation buttons. To check whether the calibration assembly or the test item has a leak, the LEAK button can be used. With this, the pressure is locked into the test assembly and any pressure drop there might be, as well as the the time this takes, is measured and displayed. The CPC2000 has an RS-232 and USB interface, enabling communication and data exchange with a PC. WIKA-Cal calibration software is available for the CPC2000. WIKA-Cal also offers, over and above PC-supported calibration, the management of the calibration and instrument data in an SQL database. The accuracy of the instrument is certified by a factory calibration certificate.
