Thanks to its flush process connection, the WIKA 990.17 diaphragm seal is optimally suited for installation in storage tanks. With a suitable welding flange, this diaphragm seal can be integrated into any type of tank or vessel. Level measurement with diaphragm seals also works with media that, due to the process, are under pressure and have high or low viscosity. The WIKA 990.17 diaphragm seal is particularly suitable for CIP cleaning processes as it meets the requirements for elevated temperatures and chemical resistance to cleaning solutions. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an alternative, be electropolished.

For the WIKA CPH6200 pressure controller, WIKA CPT6200 pressure sensors are available for reference pressure with measuring ranges of up to 1000 bar. Therefore, it is particularly suitable as a test instrument for applications such as process technology, machine building, etc. The digital indicator automatically detects the measuring range of the connected pressure sensor and guarantees a highly accurate pressure measurement. The WIKA CPH6200 Pressure indicator can be used for measuring both gauge and absolute pressure. Differential pressure measurement is possible with the 2-channel version CPH6200-S2, and two connected model CPT6200 reference pressure sensors. Pressure units selectable on the instrument are bar, mbar, psi, Pa, kPa, MPa, mmHg or inHg. An integrated data logger and various other functions such as Min., Max., Hold, Tare, zero point adjustment, alarm, power-off, peak value detection (1,000 measurements/s), average value filter, etc. ensure that the CPH6200 can be used for many different applications. The Danfoss CS pressure switch series has a built-in pressure operated, three-pole switch. The contact position of which depends on the pressure in the connector and the range setting and adjustable differential. The Danfoss CS pressure switches are fitted with a manual switch that will lock the contact system in the open position independently of the pressure in the system. Pressure switches with relief valve are used in compressed air systems where pressure relief on the compressor piston before the start is required. The CS is suited for an automatic start and stop of air compressors and water boosters.
