990.40 Threaded Connection Diaphragm Seal

990.40 Threaded Connection Diaphragm Seal

2249

The WIKA 990.40 diaphragm seal with threaded connection in threaded design is suitable for versatile application areas. A replacement of the lower body is possible without modifications on the diaphragm seal system. With this diaphragm seal, low-pressure ranges can be covered ” the large diameter of the diaphragm affects a lower deviation at the measuring instrument when the temperature changes. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the upper body of the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an alternative, be coated.

EMP 2 Pressure Transmitter

EMP 2 Pressure Transmitter

5168

The Danfoss EMP 2 pressure transmitter is a high accuracy pressure transmitter designed to monitor and control marine and industrial applications. It offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions. The flexible EMP 2 pressure transmitter programme covers absolute or gauge (relative) versions with zero and span adjustment with a 4 “ 20 mA output signal. It has all the necessary marine approvals. Special versions with integrated pulse-snubber available, designed for use in hydraulic applications with severe medium influences like cavitation, liquid hammer or pressure peaks. The Danfoss EMP 2 is made for use in zone 2 explosive atmospheres.

KP Pressure Switch

KP Pressure Switch

5288

The Danfoss KP pressure switches are used for regulating, monitoring and alarm systems in the industry. The KP pressure switches provide automatic limit protection or manual reset limit protection for pressure systems. The KP switches can be used with steam, air, gaseous and liquid media. The pressure switches are fitted with a single-pole changeover switch (SPDT). The position of the switch depends on the setting of the pressure switch and the pressure in the connector. Available types: KP 34 pressure switch KP 35 pressure switch KP 36 pressure switch KP 37 pressure switch KP 44 pressure switch

CS Pressure Switch

CS Pressure Switch

5294

The Danfoss CS pressure switch series has a built-in pressure operated, three-pole switch. The contact position of which depends on the pressure in the connector and the range setting and adjustable differential. The Danfoss CS pressure switches are fitted with a manual switch that will lock the contact system in the open position independently of the pressure in the system. Pressure switches with relief valve are used in compressed air systems where pressure relief on the compressor piston before the start is required. The CS is suited for an automatic start and stop of air compressors and water boosters.

VZVA Positive Displacement Flow Sensor

VZVA Positive Displacement Flow Sensor

7830

SIKA's gearwheel type VZVA positive displacement flow sensor records volume flows of liquids with both high and changing viscosities. The high-precision sensors work according to the displacement principle. The high resolution combined with reliable measurement accuracy makes the sensors especially useful for applications involving the measurement of small and minimal volumes. A very precisely adjusted gear pair within the casing forms the measuring element. The inflowing medium causes the gear pair to rotate. Contactless sensors scan the rotary motion. Since each tooth generates a pulse, this results in a very high resolution. Consequently, even the smallest volumes can be measured or dosed precisely. The measurement unit contains two pick-offs that are circumferentially offset by ¼ of a tooth pitch to generate a two-channel flow-proportional frequency signal. Suitable processing of the signal provides a higher resolution and the option to identify the flow direction. The maximum pressure drop should not exceed 16 bar. This limits the measurement range of high viscosity media (see pressure drop diagrams). The measurement accuracy increases with an increase in viscosity of the media.
