The WIKA 990.40 diaphragm seal with threaded connection in threaded design is suitable for versatile application areas. A replacement of the lower body is possible without modifications on the diaphragm seal system. With this diaphragm seal, low-pressure ranges can be covered ” the large diameter of the diaphragm affects a lower deviation at the measuring instrument when the temperature changes. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the upper body of the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an alternative, be coated.

Thanks to its flush process connection, the WIKA 990.17 diaphragm seal is optimally suited for installation in storage tanks. With a suitable welding flange, this diaphragm seal can be integrated into any type of tank or vessel. Level measurement with diaphragm seals also works with media that, due to the process, are under pressure and have high or low viscosity. The WIKA 990.17 diaphragm seal is particularly suitable for CIP cleaning processes as it meets the requirements for elevated temperatures and chemical resistance to cleaning solutions. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The SIKA D2 digital pressure gauge is suitable for both stationary and mobile measurement and display of pressure. The SIKA D2 digital pressure gauge can be used as a reference to explain the checking, adjustment and calibration of other pressure measurement devices directly on-site. High accuracy in a signal acquisition is achieved by using high-performance measuring cells with electronic linearisation of the characteristic curve. Suitable instruments are available for a wide variety of measurement tasks. Ease of use is assured by innovative design and advanced technology. All essential functions for everyday use can be selected conveniently at the press of a button. Excellent protection against dust and moisture is provided by a membrane keypad or rubber buttons. Integrated supplementary functions make our digital pressure gauges true all-rounders. Display The large illuminated digital local display shows the measured pressure and indicates the current status of the digital pressure gauge, even under poor lighting conditions. This eliminates the difficult task of reading a dial gauge and avoiding parallax errors. Needle jitter due to vibration or pressure fluctuations is eliminated. Display damping or averaging can be configured directly using display filters. This ensures easy, tireless readout. Protection class High IP protection classes (IP67 (front) / IP67) are available to minimise dust and water sensitivity. Rugged, impact-resistant digital pressure gauges are fitted with rubber caps for protection during transport and field use. Battery operation / Auto-Off Power is supplied by long-life batteries (ordinary or rechargeable). An external AC adapter can also be used. To increase battery operating time, a Programmable Auto-Off function switches off the power to the instrument after prolonged inactivity. The electronics are designed for extremely low power consumption, which enables battery life of significantly more than 1500 hours.

The Danfoss EMP 2 pressure transmitter is a high accuracy pressure transmitter designed to monitor and control marine and industrial applications. It offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions. The flexible EMP 2 pressure transmitter programme covers absolute or gauge (relative) versions with zero and span adjustment with a 4 “ 20 mA output signal. It has all the necessary marine approvals.
