981.22 In-Line Diaphragm Seal
2300
The WIKA 981.22, 981.52 and 981.53 in-line diaphragm seals are suitable for use in the measurement of flowing media. In addition to avoiding potential blockages in the process, in-line measurement technology also contributes to securing product quality, mainly through its perfect cleanability. Due to the continuous cylindrical diaphragm, the measuring locations feature neither dead spaces nor non-flushable branches. The good cleanability of the in-line diaphragm seals has been tested and confirmed by independent institutions (e.g. EHEDG, BioProcessing Institute). The diaphragm seals can withstand the cleaning vapour temperatures occurring in the SIP processes and thus ensure a sterile connection between the medium to be measured and the diaphragm seal. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. The availability of in-line diaphragm seals for common pipe standards and nominal widths simplifies integration into already existing pipe cross-sections.

990.1x & 990.2x Sterile Connection Diaphragm Seal
2306
The WIKA 990.18, 990.19, 990.20 and 990.21 sterile connection diaphragm seals with threaded connection are particularly suited for use in the food industry. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the upper body of the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an option, be electropolished. Applications Food and beverage production For dairies, dairy products Breweries Soft drink production

981.5x In-Line Diaphragm Seal
3106
The WIKA 981.52 and 981.53 In-Line diaphragm seals with clamp connections, due to their circular design, can be mounted directly into the pipeline, meaning no special measuring point connection is required. Through the integration into the process line, turbulences, dead spaces, corners and other obstructions can be avoided. For this diaphragm seal, WIKA uses a completely round diaphragm, which, due to the unobstructed flow of the media, produces an automatic cleaning of the chamber. The diaphragm seal systems can withstand the cleaning vapour temperatures occurring in the SIP processes and thus ensure a sterile connection between the medium to be measured and the diaphragm seal. Assembly of the diaphragm seal and measuring instrument is made via a direct assembly as standard or optionally via a cooling element or a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the upper body and the diaphragm are made of identical materials. Stainless steel 316L (1.4435) is used as standard material, other special materials are available on request. Measuring systems with model 981.22 , 981.52 and 981.53 WIKA diaphragm seals are successfully used in the life science industry, in food production, pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications.

P 1000.2 Hydraulic Hand Test Pump
4862
The SIKA P 1000.2 hydraulic hand test pump is designed to enable the direct connection of all pressure systems to be tested using adapters. The test sample is easily connected using the rugged industrial hose with integrated quick coupling and supplied adapters. The reference is fitted directly at the top of the pump using a positioning adapter. The required test pressure is initially generated using the handles and then adjusted precisely with the fine adjustment valve. As a result, the pressure on both instruments is the same. The pressure relief valve allows continuous pressure reduction and ensures accurate and easy testing, even with decreasing pressure. In the simplest case, the pressure is indicated by an analogue pressure gauge. An easy to read digital pressure gauge or hand-held instrument can also be used. The accuracy or adjustment of the pressure measuring device being tested can be checked by comparing the indicated reference value with the measured value for the device under test. Mobile and independent SIKA test pumps and pressure generators are ideal for mobile use. Their low weight and compact design make them easy to transport directly to the measurement site. The instruments can be used immediately and do not require an additional power supply. There is no need to take along nitrogen bottles or connect the equipment to a compressed air network. Wear-free manual pressure generation is simple and easy, regardless of ambient temperature and orientation. Hydraulic hand test pump Water and oil are used as pressure media. The easily operated SIKA P 1000.2 hydraulic hand test pump is specifically designed for the medium to high-pressure range. They have a built-in reservoir for the hydraulic fluid. SIKA P 1000.2 hydraulic hand test pump is suitable for testing, adjusting and calibrating pressure sensors, pressure gauges, pressure switches, safety valves and all types of pressure devices. They are optimised in their function and use and assist in the performance of specific tests and inspections.

CPC2000 Portable Low-Pressure Controller
8212
The WIKA CPC2000 portable low pressure controller is used in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, filtration, clean room, and medical technology as a calibrator or as highly-accurate measurement equipment and/or precise pressure transducer. The WIKA CPC2000 low-pressure controller is a mains or battery-operated pressure controller with internal, automatic pressure generation and pressure reference. The pressure generation is achieved using an integrated, electric pump, which makes a positive and/or negative pressure available on both the tube connections. As soon as the instrument is switched on, a zero-point adjustment is automatically carried out, so that a zero-point drift is eliminated. The subsequent preparation of a calibration requires only a few settings. First, using the MENU button, select one of the stored pressure units and the variable pressure change step in the range of 0 … 50 %. Then, once the full scale has been entered in Control Mode, the pressure can be easily increased or decreased by the defined level using the navigation buttons. To check whether the calibration assembly or the test item has a leak, the LEAK button can be used. With this, the pressure is locked into the test assembly and any pressure drop there might be, as well as the the time this takes, is measured and displayed. The CPC2000 has an RS-232 and USB interface, enabling communication and data exchange with a PC. WIKA-Cal calibration software is available for the CPC2000. WIKA-Cal also offers, over and above PC-supported calibration, the management of the calibration and instrument data in an SQL database. The accuracy of the instrument is certified by a factory calibration certificate.
