The P4/P60 pneumatic hand test pump is designed to enable the direct connection of all pressure systems to be tested using adapters. The test sample is easily connected using the rugged industrial hose with integrated quick coupling and supplied adapters. The reference is fitted directly at the top of the pump using a positioning adapter. The required test pressure is initially generated using the handles and then adjusted precisely with the fine adjustment valve. As a result, the pressure on both instruments is the same. The pressure relief valve allows continuous pressure reduction and ensures accurate and easy testing, even with decreasing pressure. OEM version and full version Depending on the model a matching pressure hose is part of the basic configuration of the OEM version of the test pump. The hydraulic hoses are fitted with a self-sealing quick coupling. Inch, conical or metric adapters for all commonly used connection threads are available in the full version. A matching seal kit is also included with the pump. All of the equipment is held in a carrying case with a foam-rubber insert.

Thanks to its flush process connection, the WIKA 990.17 diaphragm seal is optimally suited for installation in storage tanks. With a suitable welding flange, this diaphragm seal can be integrated into any type of tank or vessel. Level measurement with diaphragm seals also works with media that, due to the process, are under pressure and have high or low viscosity. The WIKA 990.17 diaphragm seal is particularly suitable for CIP cleaning processes as it meets the requirements for elevated temperatures and chemical resistance to cleaning solutions. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an alternative, be electropolished.

The Danfoss CS pressure switch series has a built-in pressure operated, three-pole switch. The contact position of which depends on the pressure in the connector and the range setting and adjustable differential. With this the WIKA CPC8000 Mensor pressure controller is suitable as a factory or working standard for the testing or calibration of any type of pressure measuring instrument. The WIKA CPC8000 is available as a desktop instrument or as a 19″ rack-mounted kit. The sensors can be changed via the front, without taking out the complete controller (e.g. out of a calibration rig). Maximum ease-of-use of the WIKA CPC8000 Mensor pressure controller is achieved through the large touchscreen and the simple and intuitive menu navigation. In addition, its operability is further supported by the availability of a large number of menu languages.
