The P4/P60 pneumatic hand test pump is designed to enable the direct connection of all pressure systems to be tested using adapters. The test sample is easily connected using the rugged industrial hose with integrated quick coupling and supplied adapters. The reference is fitted directly at the top of the pump using a positioning adapter. The required test pressure is initially generated using the handles and then adjusted precisely with the fine adjustment valve. As a result, the pressure on both instruments is the same. The pressure relief valve allows continuous pressure reduction and ensures accurate and easy testing, even with decreasing pressure. OEM version and full version Depending on the model a matching pressure hose is part of the basic configuration of the OEM version of the test pump. The hydraulic hoses are fitted with a self-sealing quick coupling. Inch, conical or metric adapters for all commonly used connection threads are available in the full version. A matching seal kit is also included with the pump. All of the equipment is held in a carrying case with a foam-rubber insert.

Thanks to its flush process connection, the WIKA 990.17 diaphragm seal is optimally suited for installation in storage tanks. With a suitable welding flange, this diaphragm seal can be integrated into any type of tank or vessel. Level measurement with diaphragm seals also works with media that, due to the process, are under pressure and have high or low viscosity. The WIKA 990.17 diaphragm seal is particularly suitable for CIP cleaning processes as it meets the requirements for elevated temperatures and chemical resistance to cleaning solutions. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an alternative, be electropolished.

The WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge takes the concept of an analogue gauge and raises it to a level only matched by digital calibrators. The accuracy of digital measurement technology and the simplicity of an analogue gauge are combined to create the digital pressure gauge CPG1500, which in terms of performance, ease-of-use, and instrument features, is unmatched in the pressure measurement market. The WIKA CPG1500 offers an accuracy of 0.1 % FS (optional 0.05 % FS or 0.025 % FS) and is temperature-compensated in the range of -10 ¦ +50 °C (14 … 122 °F). Readings can be displayed in one of 26 pressure and 5 level units or also in customer-specific units, so that intricate conversion is avoided. The measuring rate can be user-defined to match the type of measurement required. Standard applications usually use three measured values per second. If required, this rate can also be set to 50 measured values per second. Via an energy-saving function, the CPG1500 switches automatically into œsleep mode, in this mode, the battery life can be increased up to 2,500 hours. Through the new and innovative menu navigation, simple operation is ensured. The clear display, with integral bar graph display and large text area, assists with the effective analysis of the widest variety of measuring points. With the MIN/MAX function, the highest and lowest pressures can be accessed immediately and saved automatically.

The SIKA D2 digital pressure gauge can be used as a reference to explain the checking, adjustment and calibration of other pressure measurement devices directly on-site. Rugged, impact-resistant digital pressure gauges are fitted with rubber caps for protection during transport and field use. Battery operation / Auto-Off Power is supplied by long-life batteries (ordinary or rechargeable). An external AC adapter can also be used. The WIKA CPG-KITP pneumatic service kit is the ideal tool for the pneumatic testing, adjustment and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurements or for the setting of pressure switches. These and other tests can take place quickly and reliably in the laboratory or workshop, or on-site at the measuring point. With the service kit, service and maintenance are more complete, safer and more flexible. The kit is high-quality finish, handy and robust and is also suitable for service use. Components The service kit consists of a pneumatic hand test pump for the generation of defined test pressure and also a highly accurate WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge as a reference instrument. Air is used as the pressure medium. Various connection adapters are also available in the test case. All components are carefully stowed in the case and protected for in-house transport. Simple function If one connects the test item and the WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge to the test pump, on actuating the pump, the same pressure will act on both instruments. Using the fine adjustment valve, the test pressure is set precisely. By comparison of the two measured values at any given pressure value, a check of the accuracy and/or adjustment of the pressure measuring instrument under test can be carried out. WIKA-CAL software The collected data from the data logger of the digital pressure gauge can be transmitted wirelessly to the WIKA-CAL calibration software for further evaluation.
