The Danfoss CS pressure switch series has a built-in pressure operated, three-pole switch. The contact position of which depends on the pressure in the connector and the range setting and adjustable differential. The Danfoss CS pressure switches are fitted with a manual switch that will lock the contact system in the open position independently of the pressure in the system. Pressure switches with relief valve are used in compressed air systems where pressure relief on the compressor piston before the start is required. The CS is suited for an automatic start and stop of air compressors and water boosters.

With the service kit, service and maintenance are more complete, safer and more flexible. The kit is high-quality finish, handy and robust and is also suitable for service use. Components The service kit consists of a pneumatic hand test pump for the generation of defined test pressure and also a highly accurate WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge as a reference instrument. Air is used as the pressure medium. Various connection adapters are also available in the test case. All components are carefully stowed in the case and protected for in-house transport. Simple function If one connects the test item and the WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge to the test pump, on actuating the pump, the same pressure will act on both instruments. Using the fine adjustment valve, the test pressure is set precisely. By comparison of the two measured values at any given pressure value, a check of the accuracy and/or adjustment of the pressure measuring instrument under test can be carried out. WIKA-CAL software The collected data from the data logger of the digital pressure gauge can be transmitted wirelessly to the WIKA-CAL calibration software for further evaluation.

Its outstanding control performance is particularly impressive thanks to special valve technology and the high-accuracy pressure sensor as a measuring unit. With this the WIKA CPC7000 pneumatic high-pressure controller is suitable as a factory or working standard for the testing or calibration of any type of pressure measuring instrument. The WIKA CPC7000 pneumatic high-pressure controller is available as a desktop instrument or as a 19″ rack-mounting kit. The sensors can be changed via the front, without having to take out the complete controller, e.g. out of a calibration rig (plug-and-play). The touchscreen, through its intuitive user interface, delivers ease of use. A large number of menu languages adds to its user-friendliness. In addition to specifying a specific pressure set point, either by entering it via touchscreen or sending it via a remote interface, the pressure can be changed in defined, programmable steps by using the STEP buttons. Moreover, the user can also easily create extensive test programs using the instrument menu. Depending on the application, the control rate can be set as a user-defined variable rate. The WIKA-Cal calibration software enables the convenient calibration of pressure measuring instruments and the generation of test certificates. Additionally, the instrument can also be remotely controlled using the serial command formats, the Mensor standard, SCPI or further optional command sets are available. CPC8000-H Precision High-Pressure Controller

The WIKA CPC8000-H Precision high-pressure controller is especially suited as a factory or working standard for the automatic testing or calibration of all types of high-pressure measuring instruments, due to its high accuracy and control stability. However, autofrettage applications or cyclic pressure-load tests are also ideal application areas, thanks to its robustness and reliability. For the supply to the controller, other than the voltage supply, only clean dry compressed air for the pneumatic control circuit is needed. As a pressure medium on the output side, hydraulic oil or water (or other media on request) can be used. The CPC8000-H consists of two components, the WIKA CPC8000-HC pressure controller and the WIKA CPC8000-HM hydraulic module with the reference pressure sensors. The hydraulic module is available in two versions, as a low-pressure version with a pressure range of 5 … 700 bar (75 … 10,000 psi) bar and a high-pressure version with a pressure range of 20 … 1,600 bar (290 … 23,000 psi) with each suitable reference pressure sensors. The complete system is available as a 19″ plug-in case or built into a 19″ rack. The sensors can be changed via the front of the hydraulic module, without having to dismantle the complete controller. Through its specialist technology, the desired pressure value from the controller is regulated quickly and simply. Maximum ease-of-use is achieved through a large touchscreen and simple and intuitive menu navigation. In addition, its easy operability is further supported by the availability of a large number of menu languages. On the large touchscreen, all necessary information such as current measured value and set point can be found on a single screen. Optionally, the measured values can be displayed in other pressure units additionally. The pressure controller can be remotely controlled via serial interfaces available. Through these, a wide range of emulation command sets for other pressure controllers are available.
