Pressure Calibration Kit

Pressure Calibration Kit

10898

The P4/P60 pneumatic hand test pump is designed to enable the direct connection of all pressure systems to be tested using adapters. The test sample is easily connected using the rugged industrial hose with integrated quick coupling and supplied adapters. The reference is fitted directly at the top of the pump using a positioning adapter. The required test pressure is initially generated using the handles and then adjusted precisely with the fine adjustment valve. As a result, the pressure on both instruments is the same. The pressure relief valve allows continuous pressure reduction and ensures accurate and easy testing, even with decreasing pressure. OEM version and full version Depending on the model a matching pressure hose is part of the basic configuration of the OEM version of the test pump. The hydraulic hoses are fitted with a self-sealing quick coupling. Inch, conical or metric adapters for all commonly used connection threads are available in the full version. A matching seal kit is also included with the pump. All of the equipment is held in a carrying case with a foam-rubber insert.

990.23 Diaphragm Seal

990.23 Diaphragm Seal

2279

The WIKA 990.23 diaphragm seal has been developed for use in pulp manufacture or waste-paper processing applications. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. Optionally, there are pipe elbows and vibration dampers available. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the upper body of the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an alternative, be coated. Applications Chemical pulp manufacture Recovered/recycled paper treatment For highly viscous, aggressive or hardening media

981.22 In-Line Diaphragm Seal

981.22 In-Line Diaphragm Seal

2300

The WIKA 981.22, 981.52 and 981.53 in-line diaphragm seals are suitable for use in the measurement of flowing media. In addition to avoiding potential blockages in the process, in-line measurement technology also contributes to securing product quality, mainly through its perfect cleanability. Due to the continuous cylindrical diaphragm, the measuring locations feature neither dead spaces nor non-flushable branches. The good cleanability of the in-line diaphragm seals has been tested and confirmed by independent institutions (e.g. EHEDG, BioProcessing Institute). The diaphragm seals can withstand the cleaning vapour temperatures occurring in the SIP processes and thus ensure a sterile connection between the medium to be measured and the diaphragm seal. Mounting of the diaphragm seal to the measuring instrument may be made via a direct connection, for high temperatures via a cooling element or via a flexible capillary. The availability of in-line diaphragm seals for common pipe standards and nominal widths simplifies integration into already existing pipe cross-sections.

990.1x & 990.2x Sterile Connection Diaphragm Seal

990.1x & 990.2x Sterile Connection Diaphragm Seal

2306

The WIKA 990.18, 990.19, 990.20 and 990.21 sterile connection diaphragm seals with threaded connection are particularly suited for use in the food industry. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the upper body of the diaphragm seal and the wetted parts can be made of identical or different materials. The wetted parts can, as an option, be electropolished. Applications Food and beverage production For dairies, dairy products Breweries Soft drink production

981.5x In-Line Diaphragm Seal

981.5x In-Line Diaphragm Seal

3106

The WIKA 981.52 and 981.53 In-Line diaphragm seals with clamp connections, due to their circular design, can be mounted directly into the pipeline, meaning no special measuring point connection is required. Through the integration into the process line, turbulences, dead spaces, corners and other obstructions can be avoided. For this diaphragm seal, WIKA uses a completely round diaphragm, which, due to the unobstructed flow of the media, produces an automatic cleaning of the chamber. The diaphragm seal systems can withstand the cleaning vapour temperatures occurring in the SIP processes and thus ensure a sterile connection between the medium to be measured and the diaphragm seal. Assembly of the diaphragm seal and measuring instrument is made via a direct assembly as standard or optionally via a cooling element or a flexible capillary. For the material selection, WIKA offers a variety of solutions, in which the upper body and the diaphragm are made of identical materials. Stainless steel 316L (1.4435) is used as standard material, other special materials are available on request. Measuring systems with model 981.22 , 981.52 and 981.53 WIKA diaphragm seals are successfully used in the life science industry, in food production, pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications.

KP Pressure Switch

KP Pressure Switch

5288

The Danfoss KP pressure switches are used for regulating, monitoring and alarm systems in the industry. The KP pressure switches provide automatic limit protection or manual reset limit protection for pressure systems. The KP switches can be used with steam, air, gaseous and liquid media. The pressure switches are fitted with a single-pole changeover switch (SPDT). The position of the switch depends on the setting of the pressure switch and the pressure in the connector. Available types: KP 34 pressure switch KP 35 pressure switch KP 36 pressure switch KP 37 pressure switch KP 44 pressure switch

VTM 40 Turbine Flow Sensor

VTM 40 Turbine Flow Sensor

7803

The SIKA VTM 40 turbine flow sensor is made for flow measurement or dosing applications for liquids. Because of the very compact design, the extensive measuring range and the convincing precision of measurements, almost unlimited applications are possible. The sturdy bearing materials – sapphire and tungsten carbide – also guarantee an exceptionally long endurance. The liquid flowing into the SIKA VTM 40 turbine flow sensor is split into individual jets by the guiding blade. These jets hit the rotor evenly from different directions, setting the rotor in motion. The rotation speed of the rotor is then converted to an electrical pulse signal (frequency): The rotor is fitted with magnets and a Hall effect sensor detects the rotation of the rotor. A flow-proportional frequency signal (square-wave signal) is made available. The construction of the guiding blade and rotor enables to realize the very low start-up flow values.
