The WIKA CPH6200 Pressure indicator can be used for measuring both gauge and absolute pressure. Differential pressure measurement is possible with the 2-channel version CPH6200-S2, and two connected model CPT6200 reference pressure sensors. Pressure units selectable on the instrument are bar, mbar, psi, Pa, kPa, MPa, mmHg or inHg. An integrated data logger and various other functions such as Min., Max., Hold, Tare, zero point adjustment, alarm, power-off, peak value detection (1,000 measurements/s), average value filter, etc. ensure that the CPH6200 can be used for many different applications. The SIKA Type P digital pressure gauge is suitable for both stationary and mobile measurement and display of pressure. The SIKA Type P digital pressure gauge can be used as a reference to explain the checking, adjustment and calibration of other pressure measurement devices directly on-site. Linearisation Multi-point adjustment can be performed if it is necessary to adjust the indicated values at different test points. Two-point adjustment is available for setting the zero point and slope of the measuring cell curve. Type P digital pressure gauges allow up to six offset values to be programmed to shift the characteristic curve to meet the most stringent customer expectations. PC connection and software Many digital pressure gauges have a serial interface port to allow measurement values and stored data to be transferred directly to a PC and documented. An inexpensive measurement data acquisition system can easily be assembled with suitable software and an interface converter. Processes can be readily monitored and analysed using the recorded and visualised measurements, and all data can be exported using standard programs such as Microsoft Excel. Remote control is also possible. Various software packages with extensive recording and display functions, logger and alarm evaluation as well as for calibration are available. Analogue output An electrical output signal enables remote display on a control console or in a control room as well as the connection of external recorders and indicating instruments. Relay output Digital pressure gauges allow limit contacts to be closed even at low pressures. There is no need for high actuation forces for magnetic spring or inductive contacts, which makes it easier to signal critical equipment conditions and perform supplementary control tasks.

The WIKA CPC8000 Mensor pressure controller is a premium accuracy instrument suitable as a calibration solution for various applications. Its outstanding control performance is particularly impressive, thanks to special, patented valve technology and the specific pressure sensor as a measuring unit. With this the WIKA CPC8000 Mensor pressure controller is suitable as a factory or working standard for the testing or calibration of any type of pressure measuring instrument. The WIKA CPC8000 is available as a desktop instrument or as a 19″ rack-mounted kit. The sensors can be changed via the front, without taking out the complete controller (e.g. out of a calibration rig). Maximum ease-of-use of the WIKA CPC8000 Mensor pressure controller is achieved through the large touchscreen and the simple and intuitive menu navigation. In addition, its operability is further supported by the availability of a large number of menu languages. On the large touchscreen, all necessary information such as current measured value and set point can be found on a single screen.
