CPH6200 Pressure Indicator

For the WIKA CPH6200 pressure controller, WIKA CPT6200 pressure sensors are available for reference pressure with measuring ranges of up to 1000 bar. Therefore, it is particularly suitable as a test instrument for applications such as process technology, machine building, etc. The digital indicator automatically detects the measuring range of the connected pressure sensor and guarantees a highly accurate pressure measurement. The WIKA CPH6200 Pressure indicator can be used for measuring both gauge and absolute pressure. Differential pressure measurement is possible with the 2-channel version CPH6200-S2, and two connected model CPT6200 reference pressure sensors. Pressure units selectable on the instrument are bar, mbar, psi, Pa, kPa, MPa, mmHg or inHg. An integrated data logger and various other functions such as Min., Max., Hold, Tare, zero point adjustment, alarm, power-off, peak value detection (1,000 measurements/s), average value filter, etc. ensure that the CPH6200 can be used for many different applications. In addition to the GSoft data-logger evaluation software for the tabular and graphical representation of the logged data, WIKA-Cal calibration software for calibration tasks is also available. WIKA-Cal also offers, over and above PC-supported calibration, the management of the calibration and instrument data in an SQL database. A USB interface is available for data transfer.

All essential functions for everyday use can be selected conveniently at the press of a button. Excellent protection against dust and moisture is provided by a membrane keypad or rubber buttons. Integrated supplementary functions make our digital pressure gauges true all-rounders. Display The large illuminated digital local display shows the measured pressure and indicates the current status of the digital pressure gauge, even under poor lighting conditions. This eliminates the difficult task of reading a dial gauge and avoiding parallax errors. Needle jitter due to vibration or pressure fluctuations is eliminated. Display damping or averaging can be configured directly using display filters. This ensures easy, tireless readout. Protection class High IP protection classes (IP67 (front) / IP67) are available to minimise dust and water sensitivity. Rugged, impact-resistant digital pressure gauges are fitted with rubber caps for protection during transport and field use. PC connection and software Many digital pressure gauges have a serial interface port to allow measurement values and stored data to be transferred directly to a PC and documented. An inexpensive measurement data acquisition system can easily be assembled with suitable software and an interface converter. Processes can be readily monitored and analysed using the recorded and visualised measurements, and all data can be exported using standard programs such as Microsoft Excel. Remote control is also possible. Various software packages with extensive recording and display functions, logger and alarm evaluation as well as for calibration are available. Analogue output An electrical output signal enables remote display on a control console or in a control room as well as the connection of external recorders and indicating instruments. Relay output Digital pressure gauges allow limit contacts to be closed even at low pressures. The WIKA CPG-KITP pneumatic service kit is the ideal tool for the pneumatic testing, adjustment and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurements or for the setting of pressure switches. These and other tests can take place quickly and reliably in the laboratory or workshop, or on-site at the measuring point. With the service kit, service and maintenance are more complete, safer and more flexible. The kit is high-quality finish, handy and robust and is also suitable for service use. Components The service kit consists of a pneumatic hand test pump for the generation of defined test pressure and also a highly accurate WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge as a reference instrument. Air is used as the pressure medium. Various connection adapters are also available in the test case. All components are carefully stowed in the case and protected for in-house transport. Simple function If one connects the test item and the WIKA CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge to the test pump, on actuating the pump, the same pressure will act on both instruments. Using the fine adjustment valve, the test pressure is set precisely. By comparison of the two measured values at any given pressure value, a check of the accuracy and/or adjustment of the pressure measuring instrument under test can be carried out. WIKA-CAL software The collected data from the data logger of the digital pressure gauge can be transmitted wirelessly to the WIKA-CAL calibration software for further evaluation.
