712.15.160 / 732.15.160 Differential Pressure Gauge
2510
The WIKA 712.15.160 and 732.15.160 Differential pressure gauges are characterised by their compact and robust design and are primarily used for level measurement on liquid gas tanks. With only six different measuring cells all usual tank sizes in cryotechnology are covered. As a result of the large measuring range overlap of the respective measuring cells, the gauge installed on the tank can be adjusted to match a whole variety of gases such as Ar, O2, N2 or CO2, with a full-scale deflection over a complete 270-degree sweep. The span adjustment is accessible from outside and does not affect the zero point. The mechanical display and the optional electrical output signal are calibrated simultaneously and easily. An optional valve manifold for flange mounting with working pressure indication makes the central measurement of both level and working pressure possible in the one instrument. The level display can be supplied with an optional, integrated 4 ¦ 20 mA, 2-wire transmitter. Switch contacts for level and working pressure, as well as a transmitter for the working pressure, can be retrofitted on-site. Versions with transmitters can be expanded with the Remote data transfer module intelliMETRY. The intelliMETRY sends measured data to an online data centre using GSM technology. The standard centre distance of 37 mm between the process connections can be adapted to a custom centre distance of 31 mm or 54 mm using adapters for flange mounting.

712.15.100 & 732.15.100 Differential Pressure Gauge
3367
The WIKA 712.15.100 and 732.15.100 differential pressure gauge high-quality gauges are characterised by their compact and robust design and are primarily used for level measurement on liquid gas tanks. With 11 different measuring cells, all common tank sizes in cryotechnology are covered. The mechanical display and the optional electrical output signal are calibrated simultaneously and efficiently. An optional valve manifold for flange mounting with working pressure indication makes the central measurement of both level and operating pressure possible in the one instrument. The level display can be supplied with an optional, integrated 4 ¦ 20 mA, 2-wire transmitter. Switch contacts for level and working pressure, as well as a transmitter for the working pressure, can be retrofitted on-site. The standard centre distance of 37 mm between the process connections can be adapted to a custom centre distance of 31 mm or 54 mm using adapters for flange mounting.

A2G-mini Differential Pressure Gauge
5075
The WIKA A2G-mini differential pressure gauge can be used for monitoring differential pressures of the filter units in small and medium-sized central air-handling units. Further application cases are in industrial air extraction units and dust extraction plants as well as in the cleanroom industry. Its compact design and flush panel mounting enable an optimal integration in the enclosure structures of ventilation equipment. The pure metal design “ with the case of stainless steel and the measuring system and movement from copper alloy “ ensures maximum hygiene. Due to its silicone-free materials, the instrument can also be used in the painting industry and its applications. The high IP68 ingress protection and the UV-stabilised window also enable operation in outdoor areas.
