PG23CP Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge

PG23CP Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge

2560

The high-quality WIKA PG23CP pressure gauge has been designed specifically for the requirements within the process industry. This safety pressure gauge is mainly used for applications in the chemical and petrochemical industry, the oil and gas industry, power engineering and also in water/wastewater technology. Typical measuring points are on control units and control panels such as hydraulic power units (HPUs). For secure mounting of the instrument, a high-quality front bezel is used. The mounting situations mainly require an IP 66 ingress protection. For this reason, the sealing of the model PG23CP to the panel is made using a fully welded mounting ring and a matched flat gasket. Pressure gauges for the process industry are manufactured completely from stainless steel for increased corrosion resistance. This enables use in the measurement of aggressive gaseous or liquid media, also in aggressive ambience. In the EN 837-1 standard for pressure gauges, safety versions are defined. For most applications, a safety version is not required. WIKA already manufactures the model PG23CP in the œS1 safety version. This design includes an additional blow-out opening, which vents any impermissible overpressure in the case (e.g. from a burst Bourdon tube) through the back of the case. For harsh operating conditions (e.g. vibration), all instruments are also available with an optional liquid filling.

PGT43.100 / 43.160 Diaphragm Pressure Gauge

PGT43.100 / 43.160 Diaphragm Pressure Gauge

Wherever the process pressure has to be indicated locally and, at the same time, a signal transmission to the central control or remote centre is desired, the WIKA PGT43.100 / 43.160 diaphragm pressure gauge intelliGAUGE® (patent, property right: e.g. DE 202007019025) can be used. The WIKA PGT43 is based upon a WIKA 43x.30 high-quality, stainless steel safety pressure gauge with a nominal size of 100 or 160. The pressure measuring instrument is manufactured in accordance with EN 837-3. The intelliGAUGE WIKA PGT43.100 / 43.160 diaphragm pressure gauge fulfils all safety-related requirements of the relevant standards and regulations for the on-site display of the working pressure of pressure vessels. The robust diaphragm measuring system produces a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure. An electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft “ it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely free from wear and friction. From this, the electrical output signal proportional to the pressure, e.g. 4 … 20 mA, is produced. The measuring span (electrical output signal) is adjusted automatically along with the mechanical display, i.e. the scale over the full display range corresponds to 4 … 20 mA. The electrical zero point can also be set manually. The electronic WIKA sensor, integrated into the high-quality diaphragm pressure gauge, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with a local mechanical display that remains readable during a power failure. An additional measuring point for mechanical pressure display can thus be saved.

PGS23.1x0 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge

Wherever the process pressure has to be indicated locally and, at the same time, circuits need to be switched, the WIKA PGS23.100 and PGS23.160 switchGAUGE finds its use. Switch contacts (electrical switch contacts) make or break an electric control circuit dependent upon the pointer position of the indicating measuring instrument. The switch contacts are adjustable over the full extent of the scale range (see DIN 16085), and are mounted predominantly below the dial, though also partly on top of the dial. The instrument pointer (actual value pointer) moves freely across the entire scale range, independent of the setting. The set pointer can be adjusted using a removable adjustment key in the window. Switch contacts consisting of several contacts can also be set to a single set point. Contact actuation is made when the actual value pointer travels beyond or below the desired set point. The pressure gauge is manufactured in accordance with DIN 16085 and fulfils all requirements of the relevant standards (EN 837-1) and regulations for the on-site display of the working pressure of pressure vessels. As switch contacts, magnetic snap-action contacts, reed switches, inductive contacts and electronic contacts are available. Inductive contacts can be used in hazardous areas. For triggering programmable logic controllers (PLC), electronic contacts and reed switches can be used.

A2G-mini Differential Pressure Gauge

A2G-mini Differential Pressure Gauge

5075

The WIKA A2G-mini differential pressure gauge can be used for monitoring differential pressures of the filter units in small and medium-sized central air-handling units. Further application cases are in industrial air extraction units and dust extraction plants as well as in the cleanroom industry. Its compact design and flush panel mounting enable an optimal integration in the enclosure structures of ventilation equipment. The pure metal design “ with the case of stainless steel and the measuring system and movement from copper alloy “ ensures maximum hygiene. Due to its silicone-free materials, the instrument can also be used in the painting industry and its applications. The high IP68 ingress protection and the UV-stabilised window also enable operation in outdoor areas.

332.30 / 333.30 Test gauge

332.30 / 333.30 Test gauge

6939

The WIKA 332.30 / 333.30 high-quality test gauge has been specifically designed for increased safety requirements during high-accuracy pressure measurements and is suited for calibration tasks. With an accuracy class of 0.6 %, the Bourdon tube pressure gauge is suitable for testing industrial type pressure gauges or for precision measurement in laboratories. Optionally, an accuracy class of 0.25 % is possible for pressures up to 400 bar. The wear-resistant precision movement, the wetted parts and the case are made from high-grade stainless steel. WIKA manufactures and qualifies the Bourdon tube pressure gauge in accordance with the requirements of the EN 837-1 European standard in the S3 safety version. The safety version is made up of a non-splintering window, a solid baffle wall between measuring system and dial and a blow-out back. In the event of a failure, the operator is protected at the front side, as media or components can only be ejected via the back of the case. For harsh operating conditions (e.g. vibrations), all instruments are also available with an optional liquid filling. The optimal readability of the instrument, with a nominal size of 160 mm, is achieved via a knife-edge pointer and a dial with fine divisions. Supported through the optional mirror band scale, the parallax error can be eliminated.
