213.53 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
1283
The liquid-filled WIKA 213.53 bourdon tube pressure gauge is constructed with a case from stainless steel and wetted parts from copper alloy. The liquid-filled WIKA 213.53 pressure gauge meets the requirements of the international industry standard EN 837-1 for Bourdon tube pressure gauges. Due to the liquid filling in the case, the pressure element and movement are efficiently damped. Therefore, these instruments are particularly suited to measuring points with high dynamic loads, such as fast load cycles or vibrations. The cases of the liquid-filled gauge 213.53 are available in nominal sizes of 50, 63 and 100 mm and fulfil IP65 ingress protection. With an accuracy of up to class 1.0, this pressure gauge is suitable for a wide range of applications in industry. For mounting in control panels, the pressure gauges with a back mount process connection can be fitted with a mounting flange or with a triangular bezel and mounting bracket.

111.16 / 111.26 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3309
The WIKA 111.16 and 111.26 bourdon tube pressure gauge has been specifically designed for panel mounting and therefore feature a back mount process connection. The model 111 pressure gauges are based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. On pressurisation, the deflection of the Bourdon tube, proportional to the incident pressure, is transmitted to the movement via a link and indicated. For easy installation, the plastic cases of the panel mounting series are already equipped with a mounting flange. The model 111.16 Bourdon tube pressure gauge can be fitted to the panel using a mounting bracket (accessory). The model 111.26 is mounted to the board by snap-in mounting using lateral locating lugs at the case. Also, metallised front bezels can be supplied for model 111.26.

PGS21 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3349
The WIKA PGS21 switchGAUGE is a combination of a bourdon tube pressure gauge and a pressure switch. It offers the usual analogue display, which can be read on-site irrespective of the power supply, and in addition the possibility to switch a potential-free electrical signal. One or two fixed switch points are factory-set to customer requirements, between 10 and 90 % of the scale range, and indicated on the dial by red mark pointers. Depending on the pressure gauge's pointer position, the circuit will be opened or closed. Thus the switchGAUGE can be used actively for process monitoring, for example, to control the level of a gas cylinder or a hydraulic circuit. The switchGAUGE is available as standard in scale ranges from 0 … 2.5 to 0 … 400 bar with an accuracy class of 2.5 and a 1 m round cable for the electrical connection. Through various options (e.g. other scale ranges, higher accuracy class, different cable lengths, plug connection) the pressure measuring instrument can be matched precisely to the customer-specific requirements of each application. The instrument has been designed in accordance with EN 837-1 and fulfils all the requirements within it. Furthermore, it features increased ingress protection of IP 65 and can, therefore, be offered with optional liquid filling to increase its vibration resistance.

PGS25 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3352
The robust WIKA PGS25 switchGAUGE is a combination of a Bourdon tube pressure gauge and a pressure switch. It offers the usual analogue display, which enables reading the process pressure on site, and also the possibility to switch up to two electrical signals. The switch contacts are factory-set in a range between 5 % and 95 % of the scale range. The measuring system with a bourdon tube per EN 837-1 produces a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure. An electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft – it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely free from wear and friction. That provides a pressure-proportional signal for further processing. Depending on the switch point setting, the circuit is opened or closed when the alarm value is reached. Thus the switchGAUGE can be used actively for process monitoring, for example, to control the level of a gas cylinder or a hydraulic circuit. The switchGAUGE is available as standard in scale ranges from 0 … 1.6 bar to 0 … 400 bar with an accuracy class of 2.5 and a 1 m round cable for the electrical connection. The stainless steel case fulfils the requirements of IP65 ingress protection. The resistance to shock and vibration can be increased by the silicone oil case filling. Thus the instrument is perfectly suited for use in harsh industrial environments. Through various options (e.g. higher accuracy class, another cable length) the pressure measuring instrument can be matched exactly to the customer-specific requirements of each application.

PGT21 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3385
The WIKA PGT21 intelliGAUGE® is a combination of a Bourbon tube pressure gauge and a pressure transmitter. It offers the usual analogue display, which enables reading the process pressure on site, and in addition an analogue output signal (4 … 20 mA or DC 0.5 … 4.5 V). The measuring system with Bourdon tube per EN 837-1 produces a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure. An electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft – it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely free from wear and friction. That provides a pressure-proportional signal for further processing. The intelliGAUGE® is available as standard in scale ranges from 0 … 1.6 bar to 0 … 400 bar with an accuracy class of 2.5 and a 1 m round cable for the electrical connection.

PGS43.1x0 Pressure Gauge
7146
Wherever the process pressure has to be indicated locally, and, at the same time, circuits are to be made or broken, the WIKA PGS43.100 or PGS43.160 switchGAUGE can be used. Switch contacts (electrical alarm contacts) make or break an electric control circuit dependent upon the position of the instrument pointer. The switch contacts are adjustable over the full extent of the scale range (see DIN 16085), and are mounted predominantly below the dial, though also partly on top of the dial. The instrument pointer (actual value pointer) moves freely across the entire scale range, independent of the setting. The set pointer can be adjusted using a removable adjustment key in the window. Switch contacts consisting of several contacts can also be set to a single set point. Contact actuation is made when the actual value pointer travels beyond or below the desired set point. The pressure gauge is manufactured in accordance with DIN 16085 and fulfils all requirements of the relevant standards (EN 837-3) and regulations for the on-site display of the working pressure of pressure vessels. As switch contacts, magnetic snap-action contacts, reed switches, inductive contacts and electronic contacts are available. Inductive contacts can be used in hazardous areas. For triggering programmable logic controllers (PLC), electronic contacts and reed switches can be used.
