332.50 / 333.50 Test Gauge

332.50 / 333.50 Test Gauge

6932

The WIKA 332.50 / 333.50 high-quality test gauge has designed for the measurement of pressures with high accuracy. With its accuracy class of 0.6, the 33x.50bourdon tube pressure gauge is suitable for testing industrial type pressure gauges or for precision measurement in laboratories. Optionally, an accuracy class of 0.25 is available for pressures ‰¤ 400 bar. For the respective measuring requirement, a scale range between 0 … 0.6 and 0 … 1,600 bar can be selected. The optimal readability of the instrument, with a nominal size of 160 mm, is achieved via a knife-edge pointer and a dial with fine divisions. Supported through the optional mirror band scale, the parallax error can be eliminated. The wear-resistant precision movement, the wetted parts and the case are made from high-grade stainless steel. The instrument meets the requirements of the international industry standard EN 837-1 for Bourdon tube pressure gauges and has a blow-out device with a blow-out plug on the back of the case. In the event of a failure, overpressure can escape there and the operator is protected at the front side. For harsh operating conditions (e.g. vibrations), the instruments are also available with an optional liquid filling.

VTY 15 Turbine Flow Sensor

VTY 15 Turbine Flow Sensor

7792

The SIKA VTY 15 turbine flow sensor gives you precise and robust products to measure flow rates or total flows, for water and water mixtures. The VTY 15 turbine flow sensor is specially developed for installation in electrical heat interface units (HIU). The sensors are particularly suitable for use in, e.g. dosing systems, heaters, coolers or temperature control units. The liquid flowing into the turbine flow sensor is split into individual jets by the flow straightener. These jets hit the rotor evenly, setting the rotor in motion. The rotation speed of the rotor is then converted to an electrical pulse signal (frequency): The rotor is fitted with magnets, and a Hall effect sensor detects the rotation of the rotor. A flow-proportional frequency signal (square-wave signal) is made available. Given the uniform inflow to the bearing, the forces largely cancel themselves out and wear reduced to a minimum. The sturdy bearing materials “ sapphire and hard metal “ also guarantee an exceptionally long endurance.

The SIKA VTY 10 turbine flow sensor gives you precise and robust products to measure flow rates or total flows, for water and water mixtures. Turbine flow sensors of the series VTY 10 is also available in a plastic version. The sensors are particularly suitable for use in, e.g. dosing systems, heaters, coolers or temperature control units. The liquid flowing into the turbine flow sensor is split into individual jets by the flow straightener. These jets hit the rotor evenly, setting the rotor in motion.
