R-1 Pressure Transmitter

R-1 Pressure Transmitter

1492

The WIKA R-1 pressure transmitter has been optimally designed for the specific requirements of refrigeration and air-conditioning technology. Its monolithic construction dispenses with the need to use seals on the process side. This enables the model R-1 to be used with all typical refrigerants. Excellent reliability The hermetically-welded, dry, thin-film cell ensures long-term leak tightness. Moreover, these efficient cells, made with a sputtering technique, feature high long-term stability and very high burst pressure. Attractive price/performance ratio The production of highly-flexible production lines also offers a very attractive price-performance ratio with higher quantities.

PGT23.063 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge

PGT23.063 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge

3388

Wherever the process pressure has to be indicated locally under limited space conditions and, at the same time, a signal transmission to the central control or remote centre is desired, the WIKA PGT23.063 intelliGAUGE (patents applied for, among others Europ. patent no. EP 06113003) can be used. Through the combination of a mechanical measuring system and precise electronic signal processing, the process pressure can be read securely, even if the voltage supply is lost. The intelliGAUGE WIKA PGT23.063 fulfils all safety-related requirements of the relevant standards and regulations for the on-site display of the working pressure of pressure vessels. An additional measuring point for mechanical pressure display can thus be saved. The WIKA PGT23.063 is based upon a WIKA 23X.30 high-quality, stainless steel safety pressure gauge with a nominal size of 63. The pressure measuring instrument is manufactured in accordance with EN 837-1. The all-welded and robust Bourdon tube measuring system produces a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure. An electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft “ it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely free from wear and friction. From this, the electrical output signal proportional to the pressure, 4 … 20 mA, is produced. The electronic WIKA sensor, integrated into the high-quality pressure gauge, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with the advantages of a local mechanical display. The measuring span (electrical output signal) is adjusted automatically along with the mechanical display, i.e. the scale over the full measuring range corresponds to 4 … 20 mA.

The intelliGAUGE WIKA PGT23 fulfils all safety-related requirements of the relevant standards and regulations for the on-site display of the operating pressure of pressure vessels. An additional measuring point for mechanical pressure indication can thus be saved. The WIKA PGT23 is based upon a model 23x.30 high-quality, stainless steel safety pressure gauge with a nominal size of 100 or 160. The pressure gauge is manufactured in accordance with EN 837-1. The all-welded, robust bourdon tube measuring system produces a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure. An electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft – it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely free from wear and friction. The measuring span (electrical output signal) is set automatically along with the mechanical display, i.e. the scale over the full display range corresponds to 4 … 20 mA. The electrical zero point can also be set manually.

VTL 20 Turbine Flow Sensor

VTL 20 Turbine Flow Sensor

7811

The SIKA VTL 20 turbine flow sensor is made for flow measurement or dosing applications for liquids. Because of the very compact design, the extensive measuring range and the convincing precision of measurements, almost unlimited applications are possible. The sturdy bearing materials – sapphire and tungsten carbide – also guarantee an exceptionally long endurance. The liquid flowing into the SIKA VTL 20 turbine flow sensor is split into individual jets by the guiding blade. These jets hit the rotor evenly from different directions, setting the rotor in motion. The rotation speed of the rotor is then converted to an electrical pulse signal (frequency): The rotor is fitted with magnets and a Hall effect sensor detects the rotation of the rotor. A flow-proportional frequency signal (square-wave signal) is made available. The construction of the guiding blade and rotor enables to realize the very low start-up flow values.
