With its 4 … 20 mA, 4 … 20 mA HART®, PROFIBUS® PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus„¢ output signals, combined with either intrinsically-safe or flameproof ignition protection (in accordance with ATEX), the WIKA DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter is ideally suited to applications requiring these features. The electronics of all transmitters with explosion protection, even for the flameproof variant, are intrinsically safe. Thus it is possible to make adjustments on the instrument in EX areas while the instrument is live. The WIKA DPT-10 is suitable for many industrial measuring requirements, such as flow measurement using differential pressure elements, level measurement or filter and pump monitoring. With diaphragm seals fitted, the DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter is also suitable for harsh process conditions. As a result of the available measuring ranges of 0 … 10 mbar up to 0 … 40 bar and a static pressure limitation of up to 420 bar, the instrument can be used in almost any application. The internal digital signal processing, combined with proven sensors, guarantees high accuracy and the best long-term stability. There are seven different housing variants available for the DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter, and thus, it is possible to select a variant suited to every operating environment. The housing itself can be rotated through 330° and is available in plastic, aluminium and stainless steel. An electropolished stainless steel housing (316L) is available to meet the high demands of the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry. Easy configuration and operation Service and set up at the DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter are carried out using the optional display and operation module, which can be fitted in four positions. The operation menu has a simple and self-explanatory structure and has nine selectable languages as standard. Alternatively, the operating parameters can be set using the PACTware„¢ free and non-proprietary configuration software. An instrument-specific DTM enables easy integration into a corresponding Distributed Control Systems.

The SIEMENS SITRANS P500 has been developed to meet the highest expectations for measuring accuracy, ruggedness, and user-friendliness, and it merges seamlessly into the SITRANS P family. With the SITRANS P500, you can expect pressure measurement at the highest level. The SIEMENS SITRANS P500 guarantees an accuracy of ‰¤ 0.03 % as well as outstanding values for the influence of static pressure and temperature on the measured result. In this way, it guarantees a total performance of ‰¤ 0.09 % up to a turndown of 10:1. Since this feature means that only one measuring cell can be used for different measuring ranges, inventory costs can be significantly reduced without the need for losses in the quality of the measured result. The high long-term stability of the sensor also reduces maintenance costs thanks to extended calibration intervals and ensures that you can always rely on the measured results in the long term. An innovative sensor assembly enables direct-connected use in process temperatures of up to 125 °C (257 °F) even without a remote seal system. With an improved 3-pushbutton operator input concept for setting the device, the SITRANS P500˜s host of diagnostics options can be used conveniently without software. Even curve displays and trend diagrams can be represented on display for user-friendly process monitoring. SITRANS P500 is also suitable for use in safety instrumented systems SIL2 according to IEC 61508 / 61511. The P500 is available with either die-cast aluminium housing or stainless steel 316L housing.

The WIKA T16 Digital Temperature Transmitter is designed for universal use in plant and machine building, and also in the process industry. The WIKA T16 digital temperature transmitter offers high accuracy and excellent protection against electromagnetic influences (EMI). Via the WIKAsoft-TT configuration software and the model PU-448 programming unit, the T16 temperature transmitter can be parameterised very easily, quickly and with a clear overview. Besides the selection of the sensor type and the measuring range, the software enables the error signalling operation, damping, several measuring point descriptions and process adjustment to be stored. Furthermore, the WIKAsoft-TT software offers a line recording functionality where the temperature profile for the thermocouple connected to the T16 can be displayed. The WIKA T16 digital transmitter features various supervisory functionality, such as sensor break detection and monitoring of the measuring range. Moreover, these transmitters have comprehensive cyclic self-monitoring functionality.
