The SIEMENS SITRANS FC MASS 2100 DI 1.5 has demonstrated superior performance in numerous applications and field trials relating to mass flow- and density accuracy and turndown ratio. The single continuous tube design without internal welds, reductions or flow splitters offers optimal hygiene, safety and CIP cleanability for food and beverage and pharmaceutical applications. The SITRANS F C MASS 2100 DI 1.5 is today the preferred meter for research and development and mini-plant applications for liquid or gas measurement, where measuring minimal quantities (e.g. drops per hour) is important. The WIKA T16 Digital Temperature Transmitter is designed for universal use in plant and machine building, and also in the process industry. The WIKA T16 digital temperature transmitter offers high accuracy and excellent protection against electromagnetic influences (EMI). Via the WIKAsoft-TT configuration software and the model PU-448 programming unit, the T16 temperature transmitter can be parameterised very easily, quickly and with a clear overview. Besides the selection of the sensor type and the measuring range, the software enables the error signalling operation, damping, several measuring point descriptions and process adjustment to be stored. Furthermore, the WIKAsoft-TT software offers a line recording functionality where the temperature profile for the thermocouple connected to the T16 can be displayed. The WIKA T16 digital transmitter features various supervisory functionality, such as sensor break detection and monitoring of the measuring range. Moreover, these transmitters have comprehensive cyclic self-monitoring functionality.
