DPT-10 Pressure Transmitter

DPT-10 Pressure Transmitter

1503

With its 4 … 20 mA, 4 … 20 mA HART®, PROFIBUS® PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus„¢ output signals, combined with either intrinsically-safe or flameproof ignition protection (in accordance with ATEX), the WIKA DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter is ideally suited to applications requiring these features. The electronics of all transmitters with explosion protection, even for the flameproof variant, are intrinsically safe. Thus it is possible to make adjustments on the instrument in EX areas while the instrument is live. The WIKA DPT-10 is suitable for many industrial measuring requirements, such as flow measurement using differential pressure elements, level measurement or filter and pump monitoring. With diaphragm seals fitted, the DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter is also suitable for harsh process conditions. As a result of the available measuring ranges of 0 … 10 mbar up to 0 … 40 bar and a static pressure limitation of up to 420 bar, the instrument can be used in almost any application. The internal digital signal processing, combined with proven sensors, guarantees high accuracy and the best long-term stability. There are seven different housing variants available for the DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter, and thus, it is possible to select a variant suited to every operating environment. The housing itself can be rotated through 330° and is available in plastic, aluminium and stainless steel. An electropolished stainless steel housing (316L) is available to meet the high demands of the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry. Easy configuration and operation Service and set up at the DPT-10 differential pressure transmitter are carried out using the optional display and operation module, which can be fitted in four positions. The operation menu has a simple and self-explanatory structure and has nine selectable languages as standard. Alternatively, the operating parameters can be set using the PACTware„¢ free and non-proprietary configuration software. An instrument-specific DTM enables easy integration into a corresponding Distributed Control Systems.

H 8212/8213 Pressure Transmitter

H 8212/8213 Pressure Transmitter

3921

The Trafag H 8212/8213 pressure transmitter is used for electronically measuring and evaluating pressure. Over the decades, Trafag pressure transmitters have proven themselves in a multitude of demanding applications in harsh environments. They are available in many different designs to suit pressure and electrical connections, measuring procedures, electrical output signals and certifications (CE, EX, rail and ship). Excellent technology and precise manufacturing ensure that the transmitters work correctly, especially in areas where high requirements are placed on long-term stability, vibration resistance, electromagnetic compatibility, shock resistance or temperature insensitivity.

NAE 8256 Pressure Transmitter

NAE 8256 Pressure Transmitter

3924

The Trafag NAE 8256 pressure transmitter features the extremely robust and stable thin-film-on-steel sensor element from its well-proven predecessor NAE 8255. The Trafag NAE 8256 is as its predecessor was, the smallest pressure transmitter of its kind with ship approvals. The wide temperature range from -40°C up to 125°C and triple overpressure safety makes it the first choice in rough environments such as marine applications.

WUD-2x Transducer

WUD-2x Transducer

7005

The WIKA WUD-2x series ultra-high purity transducers combine state-of-the-art transducer concepts with analogue output signals. Thus the safest and most accurate pressure measurements necessary for today™s market requirements are provided. Pressure measurement, based on a true vacuum reference, and electronic measures for interference shielding and signal noise cancellation, ensure high-accuracy pressure measurement and excellent long-term stability. Active temperature compensation reduces the impact of changing temperatures on the transducer, allowing safe operations even in applications with high fluctuations in temperature, e.g. Joule-Thomson effect in the case of gas expansion. WUD-25 (flow-through) and WUD-26 (surface mount)transducers are specifically designed to sustain torsion applied stresses often incurred during installation. The special design of the thin-film sensor eliminates the risk of sensor failure due to loads at the process connection or welded joints. Versatile The WUD-2x can be readily installed in œon-tool gas distribution systems. The bright LED display is rotatable and easy to read from any position. Application-specific monitoring and control operations can be realised via two programmable switch outputs. Compact With its small footprint, the WUD-2x is the most compact UHP transducer in the market. Thus it is optimally suited for installation in applications with limited mounting space, and even in existing plants, it can be easily retrofitted.
