SA-11 Pressure Transmitter

The WIKA SA-11 pressure transmitter is designed especially for the requirements of the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. It is particularly suitable for the special conditions of CIP/SIP cleaning processes, such as chemical stability towards cleaning liquids and high temperatures. The flush diaphragm is directly welded to the process connection. This guarantees a crevice-free connection of the process connection and the measuring cell so that additional sealings are not required. For dead-space free instrumentation, aseptic process connections (clamp, threaded, VARIVENT ® and NEUMO®) are available. The WIKA SA-11 pressure transmitter is ideally suited to fulfil the stringent demands of sanitary applications and is EHEDG certified. Furthermore, the SA-11 is marked with the 3-A symbol and current version number, as it conforms, based on a third-party verification, to the 3-A standard. The SA-11 pressure transmitter is powered with a DC voltage of 10 (14) … 30 V. Available electronic output signals are 4 … 20 mA, 0 … 20 mA or 0 … 10 V output. A stainless steel case with an ingress protection of up to IP 68 offers a secure protection for external cleaning with splashed water and enables its use in high-humidity environments. Through the integrated cooling section, process temperatures of up to 150 °C can be realised.

The Danfoss MBT 153 is a universal cable temperature sensor used to control cooling water and ventilation systems within general industry applications. The MBT 153 temperature sensor is based on a standardized Pt 100 or Pt 1000 element, which gives a reliable and accurate measurement. On request, Danfoss can also deliver the MBT 153 sensor with NTC / PTC elements. The sensor is based on a stainless steel housing with a cable, making the sensor extremely flexible. The MBT 153 can be combined with a sensor pocket, type MBT 120, to protect the silicone cable from the media. The sensor combined with the sensor pocket is named MBT 5253. The MBT 153 has a PVC or silicone cable as standard, but it can be delivered with teflon cable on request.

To get a short reaction time, the measuring element is placed to secure a reaction time of down to t0.5 = 6 sec. in water. The WIKA WUD-2x series ultra-high purity transducers combine state-of-the-art transducer concepts with analogue output signals. Thus the safest and most accurate pressure measurements necessary for today™s market requirements are provided. Pressure measurement, based on a true vacuum reference, and electronic measures for interference shielding and signal noise cancellation, ensure high-accuracy pressure measurement and excellent long-term stability. Active temperature compensation reduces the impact of changing temperatures on the transducer, allowing safe operations even in applications with high fluctuations in temperature, e.g. Joule-Thomson effect in the case of gas expansion. WUD-25 (flow-through) and WUD-26 (surface mount)transducers are specifically designed to sustain torsion applied stresses often incurred during installation.
