The WIKA T91.x analogue temperature transmitter is matched to the specific requirements of the industry. Depending on the output signal, they are particularly suitable for direct connection to evaluation instruments with voltage or current inputs such as PLC's or AD conversion cards in PCs. The WIKA T91.10, T91.20 and T91.30 analogue temperature transmitter convert the temperature-dependent change in resistance of resistance thermometers or the temperature-dependent voltage change in thermocouples into a 0 … 10 V or 4 … 20 mA output signal. With these standardised signals, the measured temperature values can be transmitted directly and safely. The temperature transmitters of the T91 model series are fixed-range transmitters which are supplied with the necessary measuring ranges in line with the customer's requirements. A later fine adjustment of the zero point and the span can be made with potentiometers once fitted.

The WIKA SA-11 pressure transmitter is designed especially for the requirements of the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. It is particularly suitable for the special conditions of CIP/SIP cleaning processes, such as chemical stability towards cleaning liquids and high temperatures. The flush diaphragm is directly welded to the process connection. This guarantees a crevice-free connection of the process connection and the measuring cell so that additional sealings are not required. For dead-space free instrumentation, aseptic process connections (clamp, threaded, VARIVENT ® and NEUMO®) are available. The WIKA SA-11 pressure transmitter is ideally suited to fulfil the stringent demands of sanitary applications and is EHEDG certified. Furthermore, the SA-11 is marked with the 3-A symbol and current version number, as it conforms, based on a third-party verification, to the 3-A standard. The SA-11 pressure transmitter is powered with a DC voltage of 10 (14) … 30 V. Available electronic output signals are 4 … 20 mA, 0 … 20 mA or 0 … 10 V output. A stainless steel case with an ingress protection of up to IP 68 offers a secure protection for external cleaning with splashed water and enables its use in high-humidity environments. Through the integrated cooling section, process temperatures of up to 150 °C can be realised.

Since this feature means that only one measuring cell can be used for different measuring ranges, inventory costs can be significantly reduced without the need for losses in the quality of the measured result. The high long-term stability of the sensor also reduces maintenance costs thanks to extended calibration intervals and ensures that you can always rely on the measured results in the long term. An innovative sensor assembly enables direct-connected use in process temperatures of up to 125 °C (257 °F) even without a remote seal system. With an improved 3-pushbutton operator input concept for setting the device, the SITRANS P500˜s host of diagnostics options can be used conveniently without software. Even curve displays and trend diagrams can be represented on display for user-friendly process monitoring. SITRANS P500 is also suitable for use in safety instrumented systems SIL2 according to IEC 61508 / 61511. The P500 is available with either die-cast aluminium housing or stainless steel 316L housing.
