With the Danfoss MBT 3560 temperature sensor, Danfoss combines the technology of their standard temperature sensors and the electrical connections from our MBS pressure transmitters with newly developed electronics, resulting in a compact temperature sensor with a built-in transmitter. The Danfoss MBT 3560 is designed for use in harsh industrial environments where reliable, robust and accurate equipment is required. Available with a wide selection of process and electrical connections. It can be delivered with a 33 mm extension length, making it possible to measure temperatures up to 200°C without damaging the built-in electronics.

MBT 5250/5252/5260 Temperature Sensor

The Danfoss MBT 5250, MBT 5252 and MBT 5260 heavy-duty temperature sensors for controlling cooling water, lubrication oil, hydraulic oil and refrigeration plants within general industry and marine applications. These temperature sensors are based on a standardised Pt 100 or Pt 1000 element, which gives a reliable and accurate measurement. All three sensor types can be delivered with NTC / PTC elements on request. In the low-temperature version (-50…200 °C) the measuring insert is based on a silicone cable, which makes the sensor very resistant to vibrations. The MBT 5250 with changeable measuring insert and MBT 5260 with fixed measuring insert are equipped with EN 175301-803-A, Pg 9 as standard. The MBT 5252 is equipped with a B-head as standard, but can also be delivered with B-mini Head on request. If needed, a transmitter (MBT 9110) can be ordered as an integrated part of the MBT 5252 sensor.

TW70 Thermowell

Each protection tube or thermowell is an essential component of any temperature measurement point. So is the WIKA TW70 thermowell. It is used to separate the process from the surrounding area, thus protecting the environment and operating personnel and keeps aggressive media, high pressures and flow rates from the temperature sensor itself and thereby enables the thermometer to be exchanged during operation. Based on the almost limitless application possibilities, there are a large number of variants, such as protection tube designs or materials. The type of process connection and the basic method of manufacture are important design differentiation criteria. A basic differentiation can be made between threaded and weld-in protection tubes, and those with flange connections. The WIKA TW70 series of protection tubes are suitable for use with numerous electrical thermometers from WIKA. These protection tubes are intended for low and medium process loads, making them suitable for use in the chemical industry, process technology and equipment manufacturing.
