TF 37 Threaded Thermometer
2762
The WIKA TF37 threaded thermometer, which is highly resistant to vibration, is used in applications with strong vibrations and where, due to high, medium temperature, a decoupling of the electrical connection point and the measuring point is necessary. A thermowell made of brass or stainless steel prevents the measuring element of the threaded thermometer from coming into contact with the medium, thus enabling direct installation of the instrument in the process. The fixed mounting thread guarantees quick and easy installation in the process. The transition point from the thermowell to the connection lead is dust and waterproof (IP65 or IP66/IP67).

TR10-A Resistance Thermometer
4296
The measuring inserts per DIN 43735 for the WIKA TR10-A resistance thermometers described here is designed for installation in a protective fitting. Operation without a thermowell is only advisable in particular cases. The measuring insert is manufactured from a bendable, mineral-insulated sheathed cable. The sensor is located at the tip of the measuring insert. The measuring inserts are delivered with loading springs to ensure good contact to the thermowell floor. Type and number of sensors, accuracy and method of connection can each be selected to suit the respective application. The range of applications is completed by designs without a terminal block for direct transmitter installation. Optionally, analogue or digital transmitters from the WIKA range can be installed.

TF35 Thermometer with Plug Connection
4353
The WIKA TF35 threaded thermometer is used for temperature measurement of liquid and gaseous media in the range -50 … +250 °C [-58 … +482 °F]. The integrated thermowell with threaded connection enables direct installation into the process. Depending on the requirements, the thermowell made of brass or stainless steel can be selected. By default, the WIKA TF35 thermometer can be used for pressures up to 50 bar [725 psi]. The directly mounted coupler connector ensures simple commissioning of the thermometer.

TC10-F Flanged Thermocouple
4387
Thermocouples of this series are designed for fitting into vessels and pipelines. Standard flanges to DIN EN or ASME are available. These temperature sensors are suitable for liquid and gaseous media under moderate mechanical load. The protection tube is all welded and screwed into the connection head. Stainless steel protection tubes are ideal for normal chemical conditions. The coating is advised as an optional extra with chemically aggressive media or solid wear-resistant coating for abrasive media. The interchangeable measuring insert can be removed without taking out the complete sensor from the plant. This enables inspection, measuring equipment monitoring or, when servicing is necessary, a replacement while the plant is running. The choice of standard lengths assists with short delivery times and the possibility of stocking spare parts. Insertion length, flange size, protection tube design, connection head and sensor can each be selected to suit the respective application. Optionally we can fit transmitters from the WIKA range into the connection head of the TC10-F.

TC10-K Thermocouple
4393
The measuring inserts for thermocouples described here are designed for installation in a WIKA TC10-L thermometer. Operation without thermowell is appropriate only in exceptional cases. The measuring insert is made of flexible, mineral insulated sheathed cable. The sensor is located in the tip of the measuring insert. This model is spring-loaded to ensure that the measuring insert is firmly pressed down on the thermowell bottom. Type and number of sensors, accuracy and connection method can each be selected to suit the respective application. Only correct measuring insert length and correct measuring insert diameter ensure sufficient heat transfer from thermowell to the measuring insert. Designs complete the range of applications without a terminal block for direct transmitter installation. Optionally, analogue or digital transmitters from the WIKA range can be installed.
