Model 55 Bimetal Thermometer

Model 55 Bimetal Thermometer

2867

The WIKA model 55 bimetal thermometer has been developed and is manufactured in accordance with the EN 13190 standard. The high-quality thermometer has been designed especially for the requirements of the process industry. Especially in the chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, and power engineering industries, the temperature measuring instrument completely manufactured from stainless steel is used successfully. The WIKA model 55 satisfies the high requirements for resistance against aggressive media. As an option, the case, the stem and the process connection can be made from 316Ti (1.4571) to fulfil the highest requirements. To allow optimum fitting to the process, individual insertion lengths and different process connections can be selected. When it comes to harsh climatic conditions at the place of use, the model 55 is the right choice, as it can be used at temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +70 °C (optional also up to -50 °C or -70 °C).

TR11-C Resistance Thermometer

TR11-C Resistance Thermometer

7282

WIKA TR11-C resistance thermometers are designed for screw-fitting directly into the process, mainly in vessels and pipelines. These thermometers are suitable for liquid and gaseous media under moderate mechanical load and normal chemical conditions. The protection tube made of stainless steel is all welded and screwed into the connection head. An optional measuring insert (tubular design) can be removed without taking out the complete sensor from the plant. This enables inspection, measuring equipment monitoring or, when servicing is necessary, a replacement while the plant is running. Insertion length, process connection, protection tube design, connection head, type and number of sensors, accuracy and connection method can each be selected to suit the respective application. Optionally we can fit analogue or digital transmitters from the WIKA range into the connection head of the TR11-C.
