312.20 Mechanical Test Gauge

312.20 Mechanical Test Gauge

2858

The WIKA 312.20 mechanical test gauge has been specifically designed for the measurement of pressures with high accuracy. With its accuracy class of 0.6, the Bourdon tube pressure gauge is suitable for testing industrial type pressure gauges or for precision measurement in laboratories. For the respective measuring requirement, a scale range between 0 … 0.6 and 0 … 600 bar can be selected. The WIKA 312.20 mechanical test gauge is constructed with a case from stainless steel and wetted parts from copper alloy. The instrument meets the requirements of the international industry standard EN 837-1 for Bourdon tube pressure gauges. The optimal readability of the instrument, with a nominal size of 160 mm, is achieved via a knife-edge pointer and a dial with fine divisions. Supported through the optional mirror band scale, the parallax error can be eliminated.

PGT23.100 / 23.160 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge

PGT23.100 / 23.160 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge

3391

At any point where the process pressure has to be indicated locally, and, at the same time, a signal is wanted to be transmitted to a central controller or remote control room, the WIKA PGT23.100/23.160 intelliGAUGE can be used. Through the combination of a mechanical measuring system and precise electronic signal processing, the process pressure can be read securely, even if the power supply is lost. The intelliGAUGE WIKA PGT23 fulfils all safety-related requirements of the relevant standards and regulations for the on-site display of the operating pressure of pressure vessels. An additional measuring point for mechanical pressure indication can thus be saved. The WIKA PGT23 is based upon a model 23x.30 high-quality, stainless steel safety pressure gauge with a nominal size of 100 or 160. The pressure gauge is manufactured in accordance with EN 837-1. The all-welded, robust bourdon tube measuring system produces a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure. An electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft – it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely free from wear and friction. From this, the electrical output signal proportional to the pressure, 4 … 20 mA, is produced. The electronic WIKA transmitter, integrated into the high-quality mechanical pressure gauge, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with the advantages of a local mechanical display. The measuring span (electrical output signal) is set automatically along with the mechanical display, i.e. the scale over the full display range corresponds to 4 … 20 mA. The electrical zero point can also be set manually.
