Based on patented digital signal processing technology, the SIEMENS SITRANS FCT030 transmitter delivers true multi-parameter measurements with enhanced efficiency, security and simplicity. It features a modular design for convenient installation and replacement and can be remote or compact mounted with all SITRANS FCS400 sensor sizes. The SIEMENS SITARSN FCT030 is approved for custody transfer and certified for safety-critical applications up to SIL level 3. It is a universal transmitter suitable for all industries certified for hazardous areas with ATEX, IEC Ex and FM approvals. The transmitter is based on the latest developments within digital signal processing technology “ engineered for high measuring performance: Fast response to step changes in flow Fast dosing applications Entrained gas High immunity against process noise High turndown Easy to install commission and maintain The FCT030 transmitter is available as standard with 4-20 mA analogue output with HART 7.2. Additional input/output functions can be freely configured for analogue, pulse, frequency, relay or status. The transmitter comes with a user-configurable graphical display and new SensorFlash® technology, a micro SD card for configuration backup, firmware update and data storage. In order to make a complete flowmeter system, the SITRANS FCT030 transmitter must be combined with the sensor SITRANS FCS400.

The Riken Keiki GD-70D sample-draw transmitter offers an array of sensor technologies unmatched in the industry, including unique offerings, such as our hydrogen-specific or LEL versions. The long-life high capacity pump and the wide variety of sensing elements are replaceable in a few seconds, with no tools required! The smart sensors retain all calibration and sensor-specific data in non-volatile memory so that sensors can be hot-swapped in the field with no programming required. The sensors also maintain calibration information, which means they can be conveniently calibrated separate from the transmitter, avoiding transport of calibration gases to the field location. The Riken Keiki GD-70D firmware automatically corrects for long-term zero and span œdrift minimising maintenance and maximising reliability. The GD-70D can be used as a stand-alone device, offering some communication protocols to existing PLC systems, or can be integrated with RKI™s Beacon series of single and multi-channel controllers. All GD-70D transmitters include a large, easy to read integral LCD, tri-colour bar graph for visual notification of alarm status, programmable low and high alarm relays, and fault relay. Pump flow is self-tuning for maintenance-free operation. Because all GD-70D base units are identical, sensors can be interchanged with no programming or tools required, resulting in maximum flexibility to the user.

The SIEMENS SITRANS FCT010 is a tiny yet powerful Coriolis flow transmitter, developed especially for direct digital integration into process automation systems. Its compact design without display combined with its capability for digital output signals make it a perfect choice for skids and other applications where space is limited.
