The Riken Keiki GW-3 portable gas detector is a portable gas monitor for personal use designed to detect gases in the surrounding atmosphere. It measures concentrations of toxic gases and oxygen in the atmosphere and issues an alarm when gas concentrations reach preset levels, thereby alerting users to the hazards of gas poisoning and oxygen deficiency.
