The robust WIKA PSD-30 and WIKA PSD-31 LED display has been designed using 9 mm high characters (the largest possible) and with a slight incline to make reading the pressure as easy as possible from a long way off. A 14-segment display has been used since it represents text very well. The 3-key operation makes simple, intuitive menu navigation possible, with no need for additional assistance. The menu navigation conforms to the latest VDMA standard. The VDMA standard for fluid sensors (24574-1, part 1 – pressure switches) has the aim of simplifying the use of pressure switches by standardising menu navigation and display. The control keys have been designed as large as possible and are arranged ergonomically to ensure fast and easy adjustments. Operation without any additional assistance is made easier through the tactile feedback. Customised installation The installation of the WIKA PSD-30 and WIKA PSD-31 can be flexibly adapted to the individual mounting situation. Due to the almost unlimited rotation of the display and case by more than 300°, the screen can be adjusted independently of the electrical connection. The display can thus always be aligned to face the operator, and the M12 x 1 connection positioned to suit the desired cable routing. High quality During the development of the WIKA switch family, a high value was placed on a robust design and the selection of appropriate materials suited to machine-building applications. For this reason, the case and the threaded connection of the electrical connector are made from stainless steel. Overwinding or tearing off the connector is therefore virtually impossible. IO-Link With the optional output signal in accordance with the IO-Link communication standard, the PSD-30 and PSD-31 allow a fast integration into modern automation systems. The SIKA VTY 20 turbine flow sensor gives you precise and robust products to measure flow rates or total flows, for water and water mixtures. Turbine flow sensors of the series VTY stainless steel were specially developed for the use in industrial applications. The sensors are particularly suitable for use in, e.g. dosing systems, heaters, coolers or temperature control units. The liquid flowing into the turbine flow sensor is split into individual jets by the flow straightener. These jets hit the rotor evenly, setting the rotor in motion. The rotation speed of the rotor is then converted to an electrical pulse signal (frequency): The rotor is fitted with magnets, and a Hall effect sensor detects the rotation of the rotor. A flow-proportional frequency signal (square-wave signal) is made available. Given the uniform inflow to the bearing, the forces largely cancel themselves out and wear reduced to a minimum. The WIKA SA-11 pressure transmitter is designed especially for the requirements of the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. It is particularly suitable for the special conditions of CIP/SIP cleaning processes, such as chemical stability towards cleaning liquids and high temperatures. The flush diaphragm is directly welded to the process connection. This guarantees a crevice-free connection of the process connection and the measuring cell so that additional sealings are not required. For dead-space free instrumentation, aseptic process connections (clamp, threaded, VARIVENT ® and NEUMO®) are available. The WIKA SA-11 pressure transmitter is ideally suited to fulfil the stringent demands of sanitary applications and is EHEDG certified. Furthermore, the SA-11 is marked with the 3-A symbol and current version number, as it conforms, based on a third-party verification, to the 3-A standard. The SA-11 pressure transmitter is powered with a DC voltage of 10 (14) … 30 V. Available electronic output signals are 4 … 20 mA, 0 … 20 mA or 0 … 10 V output. A stainless steel case with an ingress protection of up to IP 68 offers a secure protection for external cleaning with splashed water and enables its use in high-humidity environments. Through the integrated cooling section, process temperatures of up to 150 °C can be realised.

The WIKA D-20-9 and WIKA D-21-9 pressure sensors are the ideal solutions in the field of industrial pressure measurement when a high-performance yet cost-effective solution with a CANopen interface is needed. These pressure sensors feature high accuracy and flexibility with their alignment to the widest variety of measuring tasks. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel and are hermetically welded. Therefore there is no need for additional sealing material, which could possibly react with the pressure medium. Bustechnology The integrated interface has been designed according to the CANopen® specification DS-301 of the user organisation CiA. The device profile DS-404 which is used here, has been specially designed by the CiA for the use in measuring and control instruments. This guarantees the compatibility with other CANopen® systems according to CiA specification. Galvanic isolation of the output signal can be offered as an optional extra. The D-2X-9 supports, among others, LSS, Node Guarding, Heartbeat, synchronous and asynchronous data transmission. The Baud rate can be adjusted from 20 K Baud up to 1 M Baud.
