ER2000 Electronic Controller

ER2000 Electronic Controller

2183

The Clorius ER 2000 electronic controller is used for constant temperature control. It is suitable for all heating and cooling control systems. The controller is primarily intended for marine installations and other industrial applications – such as cooling water and lubricating oil installations, flow temperature control etc. Design The ER 2000 controller is designed for panel mounting. For an easy start-up, it has optimization for the automatic determination of favourable control parameters. The optimization starts when changing the set point or when switching over from manual mode to automatic control. The optimization can be disregarded. For easy operation, it has three keys – two for scrolling or changing values and an enter key. Two digital displays show the process variable and the setpoint. 3 LEDs indicate actuator opens, actuator closes and alarm. The controller can be switched from auto mode to manual mode. In manual mode, the actuator can be opened, closed or stopped in a certain position. Three different alarm settings are possible: Alarm at a deviation from the setpoint SP Alarm at a fixed limit value Alarm at leaving a band around the setpoint SP It can operate either as a three-position or as a two-position controller or analogue (4-20 mA) controller and has an adjustable proportional band, integral action time and derivative action time. Function The temperature input comes via a Pt 100 sensor with a single sensing element. The measured value of the controlled variable is compared with the setpoint value and adjusted via a PI or a PID control structure. The ER 2000 can act as either a heating controller, the actuator closes at rising temperature, or as a cooling controller, the actuator opens at rising temperature. The ER 2000 permits direct reading of the actual temperature value (PV), and it is secured from failure in the measuring circuit, i.e. the controller can be set to give either a closing, an opening, or remain in current position command in case of sensor short circuit or sensor break. The error message Err appears in the LED display PV.

A2G-52 Dual Differential Pressure Transmitter

A2G-52 Dual Differential Pressure Transmitter

2773

The WIKA A2G-52 dual differential pressure sensor combines two differential pressure sensors in one instrument so that pressure can be measured from two different control points. The WIKA A2G-52 has a Modbus® interface and an input interface. By using the input interface, up to two passive temperature sensors or an analogue 0 … 10 V signal can be connected directly to the measuring instrument. Thus, the use of cost-intensive active temperature transmitters can be dispensed with and the costs for material and mounting can be reduced.

The Trafag PK 944/947 pressure switches provide high vibration resistance and switch point precision in combination with an extremely robust and durable design. This results in Trafag PK 944/947 pressure switches that can be operated for decades without requiring maintenance, even under harsh conditions. Various designs with bellows, membrane and piston sensors cover a wide variety of pressure ranges, media and load profiles for many different applications.

BCP Pressure Switch

BCP Pressure Switch

5285

The Danfoss BCP pressure switch is a series of dedicated pressure switches for the safety and pressure monitoring of steam and hot water boilers. The Danfoss BCP incorporates a single-pole changeover microswitch where the contact position depends on the pressure in the connection port and the range set value. For installations, in which operation is particularly critical for safety reason, the use of the fail-safe control is recommended.

CS Pressure Switch

CS Pressure Switch

5294

The Danfoss CS pressure switch series has a built-in pressure operated, three-pole switch. The contact position of which depends on the pressure in the connector and the range setting and adjustable differential. The Danfoss CS pressure switches are fitted with a manual switch that will lock the contact system in the open position independently of the pressure in the system. Pressure switches with relief valve are used in compressed air systems where pressure relief on the compressor piston before the start is required. The CS is suited for an automatic start and stop of air compressors and water boosters.

ER3000 Electric Controller

ER3000 Electric Controller

9175

The Clorius ER 3000e electric controller is used for constant temperature control. It is specially designed for large engine jacket cooling water systems where conventional single loop controllers cannot maintain a constant and precise temperature. The ER3000 controller operates with TWO sensor inputs. One Pt 100 sensor is placed at the outlet from the engine and one Pt 100 sensor with a built-in 4-20 mA transmitter is placed at the inlet to the engine. The measured values of the controlled variables are compared with the setpoint value and adjusted via a PI or a PID control structure. Design The ER 3000 controller is designed for panel mounting. For an easy start-up, it has optimization for the automatic determination of favourable control parameters. The optimization starts when changing the set point or when switching over from manual mode to automatic control. The optimization can be disregarded. For easy operation, it has four keys – two for scrolling or changing values, an enter key and a key for choosing manual or automatic control. Two digital displays show the process variable and the setpoint. 7 LEDs indicate alarm, the actuator opens, actuator closes, slave control, setpoint raising/lowering and manual mode. The controller can be switched from auto mode to manual mode. In manual mode, the actuator can be opened, closed or stopped in a certain position. Three different alarm settings are possible: Alarm at a deviation from the setpoint SP Alarm at a fixed limit value Alarm at leaving a band around the setpoint SP The 3 alarm settings include an alarm in case of a sensor fault. It can operate either as a three-position or as a two-position controller and has adjustable proportional band, integral action time and derivative action time.
