712.15.160 / 732.15.160 Differential Pressure Gauge
2510
The WIKA 712.15.160 and 732.15.160 Differential pressure gauges are characterised by their compact and robust design and are primarily used for level measurement on liquid gas tanks. With only six different measuring cells all usual tank sizes in cryotechnology are covered. As a result of the large measuring range overlap of the respective measuring cells, the gauge installed on the tank can be adjusted to match a whole variety of gases such as Ar, O2, N2 or CO2, with a full-scale deflection over a complete 270-degree sweep. The span adjustment is accessible from outside and does not affect the zero point. The mechanical display and the optional electrical output signal are calibrated simultaneously and easily. An optional valve manifold for flange mounting with working pressure indication makes the central measurement of both level and working pressure possible in the one instrument. The level display can be supplied with an optional, integrated 4 ¦ 20 mA, 2-wire transmitter. Switch contacts for level and working pressure, as well as a transmitter for the working pressure, can be retrofitted on-site. Versions with transmitters can be expanded with the Remote data transfer module intelliMETRY. The intelliMETRY sends measured data to an online data centre using GSM technology. The standard centre distance of 37 mm between the process connections can be adapted to a custom centre distance of 31 mm or 54 mm using adapters for flange mounting.

VTY 20 Turbine Flow Sensor
2808
The SIKA VTY 20 turbine flow sensor gives you precise and robust products to measure flow rates or total flows, for water and water mixtures. Turbine flow sensors of the series VTY stainless steel were specially developed for the use in industrial applications. The sensors are particularly suitable for use in, e.g. dosing systems, heaters, coolers or temperature control units. The liquid flowing into the turbine flow sensor is split into individual jets by the flow straightener. These jets hit the rotor evenly, setting the rotor in motion. The rotation speed of the rotor is then converted to an electrical pulse signal (frequency): The rotor is fitted with magnets, and a Hall effect sensor detects the rotation of the rotor. A flow-proportional frequency signal (square-wave signal) is made available. Given the uniform inflow to the bearing, the forces largely cancel themselves out and wear reduced to a minimum. The sturdy bearing materials – sapphire and hard metal – also guarantee an exceptionally long endurance.

712.15.100 & 732.15.100 Differential Pressure Gauge
3367
The WIKA 712.15.100 and 732.15.100 differential pressure gauge high-quality gauges are characterised by their compact and robust design and are primarily used for level measurement on liquid gas tanks. With 11 different measuring cells, all common tank sizes in cryotechnology are covered. The mechanical display and the optional electrical output signal are calibrated simultaneously and efficiently. An optional valve manifold for flange mounting with working pressure indication makes the central measurement of both level and operating pressure possible in the one instrument. The level display can be supplied with an optional, integrated 4 ¦ 20 mA, 2-wire transmitter. Switch contacts for level and working pressure, as well as a transmitter for the working pressure, can be retrofitted on-site. The standard centre distance of 37 mm between the process connections can be adapted to a custom centre distance of 31 mm or 54 mm using adapters for flange mounting.

IPT-20 / 21 Process Transmitter
7101
With its 4 … 20 mA, 4 … 20 mA HART®, PROFIBUS® PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus„¢ output signals, combined with either intrinsic safety or flameproof enclosure ignition protection type (in accordance with ATEX and IECEx), the WIKA IPT-20 / 21 is ideally suited to applications with the highest demands on the measurement technology. Versatile in application As a result of the available measuring ranges of 0 … 0.1 bar to 0 … 4,000 bar (0 … 0.15 to 0 … 60,000 psi) and a freely selectable turndown, the instrument can be used in almost any application. A large number of process connections and the extensive possibilities offered by the metallic measuring cell enable use in all industries. There are seven different case variants available, and thus it is possible to select a variant suited to every operating environment. The case itself can be rotated through 330° and is available in plastic, aluminium and stainless steel. An electropolished stainless steel case (316L) is available to meet the high demands of the food and pharmaceutical industries. Easy configuration and operation Service and configuration at the instrument are carried out using the optional display and operating module, which can be fitted in four positions. The operating menu has a simple and self-explanatory structure and has nine selectable languages as standard. Alternatively, the operating parameters can be set using the PACTware„¢ free and non-proprietary configuration software. An instrument-specific DTM enables easy integration into corresponding process control systems.
