PG23CP Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
2560
The high-quality WIKA PG23CP pressure gauge has been designed specifically for the requirements within the process industry. This safety pressure gauge is mainly used for applications in the chemical and petrochemical industry, the oil and gas industry, power engineering and also in water/wastewater technology. Typical measuring points are on control units and control panels such as hydraulic power units (HPUs). For secure mounting of the instrument, a high-quality front bezel is used. The mounting situations mainly require an IP 66 ingress protection. For this reason, the sealing of the model PG23CP to the panel is made using a fully welded mounting ring and a matched flat gasket. Pressure gauges for the process industry are manufactured completely from stainless steel for increased corrosion resistance. This enables use in the measurement of aggressive gaseous or liquid media, also in aggressive ambience. In the EN 837-1 standard for pressure gauges, safety versions are defined. For most applications, a safety version is not required. WIKA already manufactures the model PG23CP in the œS1 safety version. This design includes an additional blow-out opening, which vents any impermissible overpressure in the case (e.g. from a burst Bourdon tube) through the back of the case. For harsh operating conditions (e.g. vibration), all instruments are also available with an optional liquid filling.

E-10 / E-11 Pressure Transmitter
3067
The WIKA E-10 and E-11 flameproof pressure transmitters have been designed specifically for the high demands of industrial oil and gas applications. These pressure transmitters can be delivered with various analogue signals from 4 … 20 mA to a low-power version with DC 1 … 5 V. They feature exceptionally high resistance to vibration, pressure spikes and moisture ingress. Furthermore, these pressure transmitters fulfil IP 67 (NEMA 4x) ingress protection. On each instrument, comprehensive quality control and calibration is performed, so that an accuracy of 0.5 % can be ensured. Temperature compensation guarantees accuracy and long-term stability, even with strong fluctuations in the ambient temperature. The WIKA E-10 and E-11 are suitable for sour gas applications and feature particularly high resistance against sulphide stress cracking when in contact with sulphurous gases. The pressure transmitters are approved as œexplosion-proof for class I, II, III, div. 1 hazardous areas to FM and CSA as well as œflameproof for II 2 G Ex d II C to ATEX.

232.30 / 233.30 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3292
The high-quality WIKA 232.30 / 233.30 bourdon tube pressure gauges have been designed especially for increased safety requirements within the process industry. The use of high-quality stainless steel materials and the robust design are geared to applications in the chemical and process engineering industries. Thus the instrument is suitable for liquid and gaseous media, also in aggressive environments. For example, the 232.30 / 233.30 bourdon tube pressure gauges are suitable for chemical/petrochemical, power stations, mining, on- and offshore, environmental technology, machine building and plant construction. Scale ranges of 0 … 0.6 to 0 … 1,600 bar ensure the measuring ranges required for a wide variety of applications. WIKA manufactures and qualifies the pressure gauge in accordance with the requirements of the EN 837-1 European standard in the S3 safety version. The safety version is made up of a non-splintering window, a solid baffle wall between measuring system and dial and a blow-out back. In the event of a failure, the operator is protected at the front side, as media or components can only be ejected via the back of the case. For harsh operating conditions (e.g. vibrations), all instruments are also available with an optional liquid filling.

131.11 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3295
The compact WIKA 131.11 Bourdon tube pressure gauge is constructed with a case and wetted parts from stainless steel. The instrument meets the requirements of the international industry standard EN 837-1. The modular design of the WIKA 131.11 Bourdon tube pressure gauge enables a multitude of combinations of process connections, nominal sizes and scale ranges. Due to this high variance, the instrument is suitable for use in a wide range of applications within the industry. The instrument is frequently used as a failure alarm indicator on gas cylinders. With its compact design and moderate purchase costs, the pressure gauge also qualifies for machine-building and plant-construction applications. Due to the use of high-quality stainless steel materials and its robust design, the instrument is suitable for liquid and gaseous media, also in aggressive environments. For mounting in control panels, the pressure gauges can be fitted with a surface mounting flange or with a triangular bezel and mounting bracket.

PGT23.100 / 23.160 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
3391
At any point where the process pressure has to be indicated locally, and, at the same time, a signal is wanted to be transmitted to a central controller or remote control room, the WIKA PGT23.100/23.160 intelliGAUGE can be used. Through the combination of a mechanical measuring system and precise electronic signal processing, the process pressure can be read securely, even if the power supply is lost. The intelliGAUGE WIKA PGT23 fulfils all safety-related requirements of the relevant standards and regulations for the on-site display of the operating pressure of pressure vessels. An additional measuring point for mechanical pressure indication can thus be saved. The WIKA PGT23 is based upon a model 23x.30 high-quality, stainless steel safety pressure gauge with a nominal size of 100 or 160. The pressure gauge is manufactured in accordance with EN 837-1. The all-welded, robust bourdon tube measuring system produces a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure. An electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft – it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely free from wear and friction. From this, the electrical output signal proportional to the pressure, 4 … 20 mA, is produced. The electronic WIKA transmitter, integrated into the high-quality mechanical pressure gauge, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with the advantages of a local mechanical display. The measuring span (electrical output signal) is set automatically along with the mechanical display, i.e. the scale over the full display range corresponds to 4 … 20 mA. The electrical zero point can also be set manually.

SITRANS FCS400 Flow Sensor
3564
The SIEMENS SITRANS FCS400 flow sensor is the market™s most compact sensor. The small size facilitates installation and replacement and makes it possible to fit multiple units into tight spaces. At the heart of the compact design is the CompactCurveTM tube shape, offering an accuracy of 0.1% of flow rate and high sensitivity for optimal measurement of even shallow flows. From its short tube length and large bore to its cylindrical frame and hemispherical flow manifold, the SITRANS FCS400 was designed from the ground up with the hallmarks of superior performance and reliability: a very stable zero point, low-pressure loss, and high immunity to process noise and plant vibrations. The sensor frame isolates the metering section from plant vibration by directly conducting them to the adjacent pipeline. Careful mounting of the pipeline about minimising vibration at the meter will ensure a secure measurement environment. To make a complete flowmeter system, the SITRANS FCS400 flow sensor must be combined with the transmitter SITRANS FCT030 .
