VH500 Paddle Flow Switch
1035
The SIKA VH500 paddle flow switch is modelled for applications such as cooling water monitoring, leak monitoring, and lubrication control. The SIKA VH 500 is placed with its paddle in flowing medium, which triggers the paddle. The resulting dynamic pressure causes the paddle to travel, which causes the actuation of integrated micro switches. SIKA flow switches monitor the flow of low-viscosity media in pipes. They offer a reliable solution for ensuring the minimum flow rate and thereby protecting high-quality systems and installations from damages. These flow switches work based on the well- established mechanical operating principles. Thanks to the different paddle lengths, the switch points of the paddle flow switches can be configured for a wide switching range.

213.53 Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge
1283
The liquid-filled WIKA 213.53 bourdon tube pressure gauge is constructed with a case from stainless steel and wetted parts from copper alloy. The liquid-filled WIKA 213.53 pressure gauge meets the requirements of the international industry standard EN 837-1 for Bourdon tube pressure gauges. Due to the liquid filling in the case, the pressure element and movement are efficiently damped. Therefore, these instruments are particularly suited to measuring points with high dynamic loads, such as fast load cycles or vibrations. The cases of the liquid-filled gauge 213.53 are available in nominal sizes of 50, 63 and 100 mm and fulfil IP65 ingress protection. With an accuracy of up to class 1.0, this pressure gauge is suitable for a wide range of applications in industry. For mounting in control panels, the pressure gauges with a back mount process connection can be fitted with a mounting flange or with a triangular bezel and mounting bracket.

422.12 / 423.12 Diaphragm Pressure Gauge
1516
The application areas for the WIKA 422.12 / 423.12 gauges with diaphragm pressure elements are gaseous and liquid aggressive media. Instruments with open connecting flanges are even suitable for highly viscous and contaminated media, also in aggressive ambience. Typical scale ranges are from 0 … 16 mbar to 0 … 40 bar. Dependant upon the pressure range and the instrument model, overpressure safety of 3 x or 5 x full-scale value is possible as standard. For unique designs, an overpressure safety of 10, 40, 100 or 400 bar is possible, with the measuring accuracy maintained. Liquid filling the case ensures a precise instrument display, even with high dynamic pressure loads and vibrations. Special wetted parts materials are available as options. The WIKA diaphragm pressure gauges are preferably used for low-pressure ranges. Through the large working surface of the circular, corrugated diaphragm element, small pressure ranges can be measured reliably. The WIKA diaphragm pressure gauges are manufactured in accordance with EN 837-3. The robust design is particularly suitable for applications in machine building, plant construction and in the water and wastewater industry. The upper measuring flange with case and the lower measuring flange are made from one cast part, respectively. The WIKA instrument is used for the measurement of gaseous and liquid media that will not attack cast steel. For the measurement of highly viscous, crystallising or contaminated media, the use of an open connecting flange is recommended. The open connecting flange has the advantage over a threaded connection that the pressure port cannot become blocked. With an additional flushing connection on the open connecting flange, the pressure chamber can be easily cleaned. Measuring systems with diaphragm elements, on the grounds of their design, offer good protection from overload, since the diaphragm can support itself against the upper flange. As standard, the diaphragm pressure gauges already feature an overload safety of 3 times the full scale value. Optionally, higher overload safeties can be realised.

432.56 / 433.36 Diaphragm Pressure Gauge
3286
The WIKA 432.56 / 433.36 gauges with diaphragm pressure elements are gaseous and liquid aggressive media, also in an aggressive ambience. The 432.56 and 433.36 are specially developed for measuring points with increased overpressure. Ask our product specialist for further personalised information. Wherever the process pressure has to be indicated locally and, at the same time, circuits need to be switched, the model 432.56 or 432.36 switchGAUGE finds its use. Switch contacts (electrical alarm contacts) close or open circuits dependent upon the pointer position of indicating measuring instruments. The switch contacts are adjustable over the full extent of the scale range (see DIN 16085), and are mounted predominantly below the dial, though also partly on top of the dial. The instrument pointer (actual value pointer) moves freely across the entire scale range, independent of the setting. The set pointer can be adjusted using a removable adjustment key in the window. Switch contacts consisting of several contacts can also be set to a single set point. Contact actuation is made when the actual value pointer travels beyond or below the desired set point. The pressure gauge is manufactured in accordance with DIN 16085 and fulfils all requirements of the relevant standards (EN 837-3) and regulations for the on-site display of the working pressure of pressure vessels. As switch contacts magnetic snap-action contacts, reed switches, inductive contacts – for requirements to ATEX – or electronic contacts for triggering a PLC are available. For further information on the different switch contacts please see data sheet AC 08.01.

A2G-mini Differential Pressure Gauge
5075
The WIKA A2G-mini differential pressure gauge can be used for monitoring differential pressures of the filter units in small and medium-sized central air-handling units. Further application cases are in industrial air extraction units and dust extraction plants as well as in the cleanroom industry. Its compact design and flush panel mounting enable an optimal integration in the enclosure structures of ventilation equipment. The pure metal design “ with the case of stainless steel and the measuring system and movement from copper alloy “ ensures maximum hygiene. Due to its silicone-free materials, the instrument can also be used in the painting industry and its applications. The high IP68 ingress protection and the UV-stabilised window also enable operation in outdoor areas.
