CPC4000 Pressure Controller

The WIKA CPC4000 industrial pressure controller offers a broad pressure range from -1 ¦ 210 bar. This instrument is available as a desktop or as a 19″ rack-mounting kit. It can have up to two reference pressure sensors and an optional barometer for displaying barometric pressure or be used to emulate gauge or absolute pressure. Since the CPC4000 offers an accuracy of up to 0.02 % IS-50, and controls pressure with a high stability, it is particularly suited as a production tool for transmitter manufacturing, a calibration and maintenance tool for pressure measuring instruments or as a factory/working standard for the calibration of all types of pressure measuring instruments. The leak test and burst test special applications allow CPC4000 to be used as a pressure line testing equipment. The optional automatic contamination prevention system make the CPC4000 an ideal solution in oil and gas plants. Maximum ease-of-use is achieved through the touchscreen and the simple and intuitive menu navigation. In addition, the large number of menu languages add to its operability. The instrument can have up to two internal pressure sensors and the ranges for each reference pressure sensor are determined by the customer within the allowable range. Depending on the application, the operator can choose between three set-point entry methods: Direct entry of the pressure value (set point) which will be controlled via touchscreen keypad. CPH6300 Pressure Indicator

Stainless steel pressure sensors with measuring ranges up to 1,000 bar are available for the WIKA CPH6300 Pressure Indicator. The robust and waterproof design makes the CPH6300 ideal for use in adverse environments. The digital indicator automatically detects the measuring range of the connected pressure sensor and guarantees a highly accurate pressure measurement. The WIKA CPH6300 Pressure Indicator can be used for measuring both gauge and absolute pressure. Differential pressure measurement is possible with the 2-channel version CPH6300-S2, and two connected model CPT6200 reference pressure sensors. Selectable pressure units here are bar, mbar, psi, Pa, kPa, MPa, mmHg, inHg, mH2O and one customer-specific unit. An integrated data logger and various other functions such as Min., Max., Hold, Tare, zero point adjustment, alarm, power-off, peak value detection (1,000 measurements/s), average value filter, etc. ensure that the CPH6300 can be used for many different applications. The large, backlit display and also a long battery life complete the features of the CPH6300 Pressure Indicator. In addition to the GSoft data logger evaluation software for the tabular and graphical representation of the logged data, WIKA-Cal calibration software for calibration tasks is also available. WIKA-Cal also offers, over and above PC-supported calibration, the management of the calibration and instrument data in an SQL database. A USB interface is available for the data transfer.

The WIKA LH-20 submersible pressure transmitter is designed for the most demanding of level measurement tasks. A slender design, highest accuracies, low temperature errors and an adjustable measuring range ensure the suitability of the LH-20 for all submerged level measurements. The WIKA LH-20 submersible pressure transmitter can adapt to countless applications and measuring media through a large number of features and options. Depending on the requirements, this level probe is available with, amongst other things, a titanium case, PUR/PE/FEP cable, 0.1 % accuracy, HART®, scaleability or parallel temperature output signal. For operation in hazardous environments, the LH-20 submersible pressure sensor is also available in an intrinsically safe version. For potable and fresh water applications, a potable water conformant product variant is possible in accordance with KTW and ACS.
