VTY 20 Turbine Flow Sensor
2808
The SIKA VTY 20 turbine flow sensor gives you precise and robust products to measure flow rates or total flows, for water and water mixtures. Turbine flow sensors of the series VTY stainless steel were specially developed for the use in industrial applications. The sensors are particularly suitable for use in, e.g. dosing systems, heaters, coolers or temperature control units. The liquid flowing into the turbine flow sensor is split into individual jets by the flow straightener. These jets hit the rotor evenly, setting the rotor in motion. The rotation speed of the rotor is then converted to an electrical pulse signal (frequency): The rotor is fitted with magnets, and a Hall effect sensor detects the rotation of the rotor. A flow-proportional frequency signal (square-wave signal) is made available. Given the uniform inflow to the bearing, the forces largely cancel themselves out and wear reduced to a minimum. The sturdy bearing materials – sapphire and hard metal – also guarantee an exceptionally long endurance.

SITRANS FUS380
3580
The SIEMENS SITRANS FUS380 is a battery or mains supply powered 2-track flowmeter designed for numerous standard applications. It can be used in all utility applications for water flow monitoring. The SITRANS FUS380 has a display that indicates various measurement values and diagnostics. Also, the display is fitted with an IrDA optical interface for communication with SIMATIC PDM, which can be used for data transfer and programming. Optional add-on RS 232 and RS 485 modules include MODBUS RTU protocol. The SITRANS FUS380 flowmeter consists of a sensor and transmitter. For details and information about the transmitter, see SITRANS FUS080 .

VTY 10 Turbine Flow Sensor
7793
The SIKA VTY 10 turbine flow sensor gives you precise and robust products to measure flow rates or total flows, for water and water mixtures. Turbine flow sensors of the series VTY 10 is also available in a plastic version.
