SITRANS LH300

SITRANS LH300

3449

The SIEMENS SITRANS LH300 submersible pressure transmitter sensor for hydrostatic level measurement with protective caps made of PPE, stainless steel and ETFE. The SITRANS LH300 converts the level proportional hydrostatic pressure into a standardised 4 to 20 mA signal. The SIEMENS SITRANS LH300 submersible pressure transmitter consists of a stainless steel housing (Ø 30 mm) with mechanical protection IP68 and the piezo-resistive sensor with a ceramic diaphragm made of 99,6 % purity ceramic ensures versatile use, also good in drinking water systems. The transmitter cable has a diameter of Ø 8 mm and contains a vent pipe to connect to the atmosphere. The pressure transmitter measures liquid levels in tanks, containers, channels and dams. LH300 pressure transmitters are available for various measuring ranges and with explosion protection as an option.

MBS 5100/5150 Pressure Transmitter

MBS 5100/5150 Pressure Transmitter

5154

The ship approved high accuracy Danfoss MBS 5100 and MBS 5150 block pressure transmitter is designed for use in almost all marine applications. The Danfoss MBS 5150 pressure transmitter with integrated pulse snubber is designed for use in marine applications with severe medium influences like cavitation, liquid hammer or pressure peaks and offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions. The transmitters can be easily mounted directly on the MBV 5000 block test valve, or the threaded pressure connection can be used. The flexible pressure transmitter programme covers a 4 “ 20 mA output signal, absolute or gauge (relative) versions, measuring ranges from 0…1 to 0…400 bar with zero and span adjustment. Excellent vibration stability, robust construction, and a high degree of EMC / EMI protection equip the pressure transmitter to meet the most stringent industrial requirements.

VTI 15 Turbine Flow Sensor

VTI 15 Turbine Flow Sensor

7819

The SIKA VTI 15 turbine flow sensor is made for flow measurement or dosing applications for liquids. Because of the very compact design, the extensive measuring range and the convincing precision of measurements, almost unlimited applications are possible. The sturdy bearing materials – sapphire and tungsten carbide – also guarantee an exceptionally long endurance. The liquid flowing into the SIKA VTI 15 turbine flow sensor is split into individual jets by the guiding blade. These jets hit the rotor evenly from different directions, setting the rotor in motion. The rotation speed of the rotor is then converted to an electrical pulse signal (frequency): The rotor is fitted with magnets and a Hall effect sensor detects the rotation of the rotor. A flow-proportional frequency signal (square-wave signal) is made available. The construction of the guiding blade and rotor enables to realize the very low start-up flow values.
