TIF50 / TIF52 Temperature Transmitter
1599
The WIKA TIF50 and WIKA TIF52 series field temperature transmitters, consisting of a rugged field housing, a WIKA T32 temperature transmitter and a DIH display, have been designed for general use in process engineering. They offer high accuracy, galvanic isolation and excellent protection against electromagnetic influences (EMI). Via HART® protocol, the TIFxx is configurable (interoperable) with a variety of open configuration tools. In addition to the different sensor types, e.g. sensors in accordance with DIN EN 60751, JIS C1606, DIN 43760, IEC 60584 or DIN 43710, customer-specific sensor characteristics can also be defined, through the input of value pairs (user-defined linearisation). Through the configuration of a sensor with redundancy (dual sensor), on a sensor failure, it will automatically change over to the working sensor. Furthermore, there is the possibility to activate Sensor Drift Detection. With this, an error signal occurs when the magnitude of the temperature difference between Sensor 1 and Sensor 2 exceeds a user-selectable value. The field temperature transmitter also has additional sophisticated supervisory functionality such as monitoring of the sensor wire resistance and sensor break detection in accordance with NAMUR NE89 as well as monitoring of the measuring range. Moreover, this transmitter has full cyclic self-monitoring functionality. Via the display, it is possible to show range alarms as well as MIN and MAX values. The field temperature transmitter is available in various field-housing variants. Plastic, stainless steel and aluminium can be specified. It can be mounted directly on a wall. A pipe mounting kit is also available for fitting to tubes with a diameter of 1… 2″. The field temperature transmitters are delivered with an underlying configuration or configured according to customer specifications.

T91.x Analogue Temperature Transmitter
3096
The WIKA T91.x analogue temperature transmitter is matched to the specific requirements of the industry. Depending on the output signal, they are particularly suitable for direct connection to evaluation instruments with voltage or current inputs such as PLC's or AD conversion cards in PCs. The WIKA T91.10, T91.20 and T91.30 analogue temperature transmitter convert the temperature-dependent change in resistance of resistance thermometers or the temperature-dependent voltage change in thermocouples into a 0 … 10 V or 4 … 20 mA output signal. With these standardised signals, the measured temperature values can be transmitted directly and safely. The temperature transmitters of the T91 model series are fixed-range transmitters which are supplied with the necessary measuring ranges in line with the customer's requirements. A later fine adjustment of the zero point and the span can be made with potentiometers once fitted.

SITRANS TH200 Temperature Transmitter
3455
The SIEMENS SITRANS TH200 is designed to support all common RTDs, thermocouples, resistance and millivolt-sensors. Setup is quick and easy with the transmitter-modem and SIPROM T software. This configuration tool can be downloaded for free. Unique user-friendly details are implemented: Without opening the 4-..20mA loop, the output current can read directly with a multimeter. A red/green LED shows the technician the status at a glance. The SITRANS TH200 is configured over a PC. A USB or RS 232 modem is linked to the output terminals for this purpose. The configuration data can now be edited using the SIPROM T software tool. The configuration data are then permanently stored in the non-volatile memory (EEPROM). Once the sensors and power supply have been correctly connected, the transmitter outputs a temperature-linear output signal and the diagnostics LED displays a green light. In the case of a sensor break, the LED flashes red, an internal device fault is indicated by a steady red light. The test socket can be used to connect an ammeter at any time for monitoring purposes and plausibility checks. The output current can be read without any interruption, or even without opening the current loop.
